Should the government force an atheist group to hire me, even though doing so would go against their mission, their focus, and the beliefs that they operate by?

Unless the organization is specificly about Atheism. Then yes.

This gets tricky because this falls into 2 areas. A school that recieves federal grants can't discriminate, the school is a religous institution. If the school abandoned federal grants and accreditation then it could discriminate.
