I can tell you what Moses said:
"A prophet out of thy midst, out of thy brethren, like to me, doth Jehovah thy God raise up to thee -- unto him ye hearken"
This is the verse that Muslims use to say that Moses was prophesying the advent of Muhammed.
In this case, Imagican will use the verse to say that Jesus was not God, but was a prophet like Moses.
When he has stated so, we shall commence the refutation.
Moses had a lot to say about Jesus. Read Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Jesus confirms this:
Luke said:
He (Jesus) said to them, "How foolish you are, and how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! Did not the Christ have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?" And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself.
This is perhaps not specifically about "the coming of Jesus," but Moses is often considered to be a type of Christ, as many parts of his life and ministry parallel those of Jesus.
I can tell you what Moses said:
"A prophet out of thy midst, out of thy brethren, like to me, doth Jehovah thy God raise up to thee -- unto him ye hearken".
Deuteronomy 18:18 (I was going to post it, but OC beat me to it). I'm reminded of the Parable of the Landowner (Matthew 21:33-39). God sent Prophet after Prophet, and finally His own Son.
