Spiritual Blessings In Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

I did enjoy. I don't know if I'm a strainer, what is there to strain? But this I will say. On another thread about a month ago I had said your theology generally is defining reprentance. You summarily disagreed although I am more convinced you simply misunderstood. After reading this post, I reiterate what I said before, that you are defining repentance even as the turning around (repentance), has everything to do with knowing from what direction the Light is shining. Other than that little pet peeve, I believe you wrote a very thought provoking and edifying post.

I already know you as a wise child. If you misread me prior, you may remember this fact about repentance. We as Gods children repent and we turn from evil and evils ways and continually reach for our Fathers Living Words.

But, what you may have not perceived is that the tempter within us does the exact opposite. Therein the tensions reside in our current individual temples.

When a man turns unto God with a WHOLE HEART and does not HIDE HIS SIN, The Father SHINES upon such a child in truth, and we understand that the adversary is also with us, always trying and turning away from His Light.

Therein I am a divided man. One of me sees. The other is the challenge and the burden that God has placed upon me that is not me, nor you.

I do however see both operators in man. Therefore, when one repents, or takes the secure foundation of every sin being taken away from us, we should also understand that application does NOT apply to the tempter.

Believers are seldom allowed to look at these matters from TWO directions, one being GOD FOR AND WITH US and also GOD BEING AGAINST THE TEMPTER with us.

Herein we find the knowledge of the WHIRLWIND of GOD who spoke to Job this way, God being displeased with Jobs answers for 'wicked men.' We also find the workings of the WHEELs of the beasts, the spirit of them that moves them in their courses.

When we repent, we should be cognizant that the tempter will also lay claim to repentance. This does not happen, regardless of what that liar says.

This 'keeps' the child of God in the humble LOWLANDS as we expectantly wait for the KING OF GLORY to flood our Temple and to destroy the usurpers.

Genesis 12:
9 And Abram journeyed, going on still toward the south.
10 And there was a famine in the land: and Abram went down into Egypt to sojourn there; for the famine was grievous in the land.

If we see Abram passing through Canaan but not staying, we might also observe that the land thereof was presently occupied. We might even presume that the occupants were not Godly men. Where there are no Godly men, there is a famine. Famines in the Words arise multiple times, particularly with the fathers of faith. If we see the Godless occupants of Canaan, we may also see their famine as a lack of spiritual bread. This lack of bread pushed Abram then south, into Egypt.

The delivery into Egypt is also a recurring theme of the fathers of faith.

Egypt, in the 'south.' Egypt- double straits.

Straits-

) a narrow passage of water connecting two large bodies of water.
2. Often, straits. a position of difficulty, distress, or need: Ill and penniless, he was in sad straits indeed.

7. strict, as in requirements or principles.

Egypt indeed. It was always Gods Intentions to call His Son(s) out of where?

Hosea 11:1
When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.

Matthew 2:15
And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.

On a grander scale, it was always Gods Divine Intentions to take SONS out of EGYPT. To take 'Israel' the nation OUT OF the nation of EGYPT. If you see the dire or double straits of our conditions with SIN it is but a small leap of application to see that GODS CHILDREN ARE CALLED OUT OF SIN. Egypt being a representative form of CAPTIVITY of the children in external fashions, shown in the O.T. physically, but in reality speaking to spiritual matters. All of these things are written in 'example' form. But they are only understood spiritually. Those who wallow in physical history will learn little of matters of spiritual allegory. Yet this exact way, the way of Spiritual allegory is EXACTLY HOW PAUL taught these matters as Revelation revealed them EXACTLY in the direction of ALLEGORY.

Paul pushes us through the door of allegory in Gal. 4 of these matters showing Sarah and Hagar, Ishmael and Isaac as LAW and COVENANTS, allegorically viewed. It is only the doorstep entrance. Once one steps into the Old Testament in the way of allegory, many matters open up and are expanded. If you are a child of God, He will come in and teach you personally how to walk through these subject matters. I only share a few bits of what I see.

All the fathers of faith sojourned in EGYPT. All were also called out of same in various ways and movings, usually in contentions Divine.

Abram knew before he got there there would be trouble for him in Egypt, and sure enough it soon arose:

11 And it came to pass, when he was come near to enter into Egypt, that he said unto Sarai his wife, Behold now, I know that thou art a fair woman to look upon:
12 Therefore it shall come to pass, when the Egyptians shall see thee, that they shall say, This is his wife: and they will kill me, but they will save thee alive.
13 Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister: that it may be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live because of thee.
14 And it came to pass, that, when Abram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman that she was very fair.
15 The princes also of Pharaoh saw her, and commended her before Pharaoh: and the woman was taken into Pharaoh's house.
16 And he entreated Abram well for her sake: and he had sheep, and oxen, and he asses, and menservants, and maidservants, and she asses, and camels.
17 And the LORD plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram's wife.
18 And Pharaoh called Abram and said, What is this that thou hast done unto me? why didst thou not tell me that she was thy wife?
19 Why saidst thou, She is my sister? so I might have taken her to me to wife: now therefore behold thy wife, take her, and go thy way.
20 And Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him: and they sent him away, and his wife, and all that he had.

Pharaoh: "great house"

What did Paul teach about the 'great house?'

2 Timothy 2:20
But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

If you think Pharaoh is far from your own 'great house' think again:

21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

This is not about the lump of another man, but about YOUR LUMP, the LUMP PAUL called ME in Romans 9. It is not about 'you and Pharaoh' as another separate person. It is factually about you and the TEMPTER. Pharaoh then is a form of captivity to some. In the called out ones, we are DIVIDED from the power of the vessel of DISHONOR IN THE GREAT HOUSE.

What did Jesus teach us about 'the house?'

The 'house' is A MAN.

Matt. 12:
43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.
44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.

Jesus and Paul were on the same page, showing the same things. Comparing spiritual to spiritual. No the house is not a house. It is A MAN.

You as Gods child were always meant to be taken from the HOUSE OF PHARAOH AND THE LAND OF DOUBLE STRAITS.

Deuteronomy 4:34
Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by temptations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors,

according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

One might even notice that it is POSED by a QUESTION that YOU MUST answer in your own house. How you see these matters is the 'tell' of whether you SEE or REMAIN in captivity.

I love a peaceable thread.

IF some children of God have been led even a little bit to see some things allegorically or parabolically, then it might seem very important to go into that territory armed with Word Precepts on these exact matters. It is my belief that Jesus addressed and taught these exact matters, so as not to lead us astray in our pursuits.

Some scriptural examples:

Psalm 78:
1 Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
3 Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.


It was said again by God to Ezekiel:

Ezekiel 17:2
Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable unto the house of Israel

These exact statements were DELIVERED by the mouth of Jesus THERE in both Prophets, David and Ezekiel, and again in the New Testament by Jesus with the full on delivery and unveiling of these matters, BUT only to 'disciples.' Jesus will show us more of these exact matters. It is not just TO MAN or to Israel that parables are spoken to:

Ezekiel 24:3
And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Set on a pot, set it on, and also pour water into it:

By Micah as well:
2:
1 Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.
2 And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
3 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.
4 In that day shall one take up a parable against you,

I could go on, but will go to Jesus on the matters here:

Mark 4:
10 And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable.
11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
13 And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable?

and how then will ye know all parables?

There are many believers who will read the following and 'excuse' this from happening to them every single time they pick it up and read it, yet to understand it, it must be 'personally applied.' If you can't do that, then Jesus remains working against you in understandings.

This ONE PARABLE is the fulcrum of understanding for ALL PARABLES. I have cited this parable many times at this forum. But most brush it off as being NOT applicable to them. They do so in error and in blindness.

14 The sower soweth the word.
15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

This was your exact condition right there before you believed. Satan BLINDED your mind. Satan KEPT you from Gods Words. He pawned you as his slave.

Think not? Think again!

Paul too taught this EXACT SAME MATTER:

2 Corinthians 4:4
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Blindness, spiritual blindness is a CAUSE and EFFECT spiritual matter. Word sown, entry of Satan, BLINDNESS, SLUMBER.

Paul also taught that this is what happened to the people of the Old Testament:

2 Cor. 3:
14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.

Do you understand the PARABLE yet? Do you see the simplicity of this matter? It is in fact WHAT JESUS TAUGHT and what the Apostles TAUGHT. This exact matter. Where the Word is sown, WHO enters the heart to STEAL, to BLIND, to BLOCK understanding? Yes, an entity that IS NOT YOU. This is and will remain a FACT until Satan is destroyed. This is the working of SATAN in this present EVIL WORLD.

You who claim discipleship are to be ARMED with these facts in order for you to see A WORLD THAT IS HIDDEN from most. But it is as REAL as the nose on your face.

Ephesians 2:2
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

These matters spoke Jesus and the Apostles in ONE SPIRITUAL AND TRUTHFUL ACCORD.

This is the exact thing that happened to Adam in the Garden. This is the exact matter that EVERY PERSON is born into, being SPIRITUALLY BLINDED.

It is the RESISTANCE of SATAN in this present world in the hearts of MAN.

Do you think you have now released yourself from that working? Think again!

The tempter after you are divided does still OPERATE in believers. Paul had EVIL PRESENT with him by his own admission. Paul had a DEVIL put upon him, not some ambiguous 'ill' but A DEVIL, plain and simple.

John the Apostle connects EVERY SIN to the DEVIL. No, your 'temple' is not an exemption. We have a common enemy. If the enemy has BLINDED YOU and made you into A RELIGIOUS PHARISEE you are probably in a far worse condition than any ordinary man, and JESUS HATED that working in Pharisees and CHALLENGED THEM OPENLY even speaking to CHILDREN OF THE DEVIL in those men. Those who do NOT HEAR Jesus will BLINDLY think Jesus was just speaking to MEN. He was NOT by His Own Lips. He spoke to CHILDREN OF THE DEVIL in those MEN.

If you think this can not happen or does not happen in the churches, LOOK AROUND YOU. Jesus addressed the workings of SATAN in ALL SEVEN CHURCHES of the Revelation. And NO, it was not to just a few of the members, it was IN ALL OF THEM.

Jesus is OUR DIVIDER. It is upon this exact ground that we are to walk in the text to UNDERSTAND every jot and tittle of Gods Words. You will find God fully ENGAGED with our enemies on nearly every page of the O.Testament in PARABOLIC fashions that resulted in REAL JUDGMENTS.

These judgments have not passed away from our presence. Not at all.

Peter tells us exactly where JUDGMENT BEGINS:

1 Peter 4:17
For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

You are that HOUSE. God has commanded TRUTH, HONESTY to be IN THE HOUSE.

For the believer whom God FEEDS His Humble Pie, they will FEED and FEAST at the Table of our Lord.

Those who worship God MUST worship Him IN TRUTH and in SPIRIT.

Truth is, the house has sin issues. Coverups are not going to work in the face of Gods JUDGMENTS. You are not alone in the HOUSE.

Every claimant of being Gods child, if that claimant is not honest about these matters remains BLINDED. They will NEVER learn because they remain under the DECEPTION no matter WHAT their claims may be.

You want to find your brothers and sisters in faith. Here then is your measure. Who is A TRUTHFUL witness in their HOUSE? It's that simple.

Where you find the FRUIT OF TRUTH you will find people who are not afraid of the humble pie meal that we have been served.

IT might seem important for 'some,' if they see that Law and Covenants are to be viewed by allegory/parable to understand the Words of Jesus to understand ALL parables. Since this is how Jesus has taught me to 'roll' so to speak, I'll break it down to the vital components.

All allegories and parables are to be understood with the vital components.

Those components are:

Gods Words
The hearer or receiver
The information blocker who is SATAN

This is the essence of what Jesus Said. Where the Word is sown, Satan enters the heart immediately to STEAL the information therein sown.

Now, if a man wants to understand allegories and parables these THREE components ARE there in the parable or in the allegories in various ways, but they ARE there.

In this then is a fairly simple tool to understand ALL PARABLES and to also know and recognize when someone else may be talking out of their hats so to speak, IF these components are not within their dissections or views. And most of the time they will NOT be in most peoples dissections. They WON'T be because of the INFORMATION STEALER who also operates in them. If a handler/a receiver of the Word has not yet been LED by the WORD to understand what their own problem is, they will be of NO USE to anyone else. They do not even know or recognize their own condition.

Those however who are LED by The Word to be honest and truthful within themselves about the EVIL within their own hearts and that being OF SATAN, another entity that is NOT THEM, these will be shown by The Word Himself of these matters.

In this way the DOOR IS LOCKED and it is also OPEN. This too will be shown to those who have truthfully admitted the presence of the INFORMATION BLOCKER within themselves.

I hope 'some' here will be led. And I may or may not go on with some minor observations in the steps of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

I will leave off for now with an observation I have been led to see from the facts of these matters. No, they are not readily apparent. Often the unfolding of these matters comes in a course of time only by how much information one is able to take in. But if you have been given Light, then Jesus will come to show you everything.

In the example of Jacob, we often wonder 'why' he came before Isaac as a LIAR.

Yet GOD HIMSELF honored Jacob, actively in his life even though HE LIED to his father.

But if you understand the facts that I deal with it takes on a different meaning. If the information blocker, the THIEF is in our hearts, we understand the presence of A LIAR with us as well. If we come before OUR FATHER with this TRUTH IN HAND God will BLESS YOU with RICH UNDERSTANDINGS. So RICH that I can not even handle it all. It's just a fact. And a fact meant only for honest children of God.
