shhh! Don't tell anyone. And yes, it's something along the lines of wouhstah. You would not believe how many people come here and call say War-chest-er... Actually, the vast majority of them do that. Most people can't say Bangor right either, actually. Even in CT the news guys call it Bang-ger.

The best one is New Britain, though... It's pronounced Nuh Britahn
