I like them but my stomach does not neither does my Acid Reflux.I rarely eat them.

Think of the difference between a flame thrower and a squirt gun. The white ones are called "chili guero" around here. Not too hot. The jalapenos I grew this year are unusually hot, but they are big and meaty and great for stuffing.

Oh, the red one is called "Cajun Belle." Haven't tried one of those yet. I'm guessing moderately hot.
