Why do some people talk funny?

For me, when I've been around loud noise for a while, everyone (including singers, etc) sound like Minnie Mouse. Logically, it stands that the reason some people talk funny is because of loud noise.

By extension, if loud noise is avoided, then no one talks funny.

Hence, problem solved.
