I found something very interesting today and as I dig deeper it went deeper and deeper. The names of Prediluvian times which contains the meanings in Bible itself, I was able to find the same from Tamil (தமிழ்) language. I accidentally discovered this and not sure if anyone ever has a list from tamil which also happens to be my mother tongue (older than 3000 yrs). Please note that several words are not in present usage but in classical Tamil. I was actually thrilled and amazed. Here is the list.

CAIN [H7014 קַיִן Qayin (kah'-yin) ]
(Gen 4:1) And Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and brought forth Cain and said, I have gained a man through God.

ko (கோ) + in (ஈன்)
கோ = king or leader or sky
ஈன் = give birth to a young one
Hence, கோயின் (Cain) means ‘To bring forth a baby from king’

SETH [H8352 שֵׁת Sheth (shayth)]
(Gen 4:25) And Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore a son, and called his name Seth, saying, For God has raised up to me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.

sei (சேய்) + etu (ஈடு)
சேய் = child
ஈடு = equivalent
Hence, சேயிடு (Seithu) means ‘an equivalent child’

NOAH [H5146 נוַֹח Noach (no'-akh)]
(Gen 5:29) And he called his name Noah, saying, “This [one] will comfort us concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.”

novu (நோ) + voe (ஓய் )
நோ = pain / disease / mental suffering
ஓய் = come to an end or take rest.
Hence, நோவோய் (Novoe) means ‘the suffering will come to an end’

EVE [H2332 חַוָּה Chavvah (khav-vaw')]
(Genesis 3:20) And Adam called his wife’s name Eve, because she was the mother of all living.

Cheva (சீவ) + avai (அவ்வை)
சீவி = living
அவ்வை = mother
Hence, சீவவ்வை (Chevavai) menas a ‘mother of living’

PELEG [H6389 פֶּלֶג Peleg (peh'-leg)]
(Genesis 10:25) To Eber were born two sons: the name of one [was] Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother’s name [was] Joktan.

pelavu (பிளவு) + vulegu (உலகு)
பிளவு = division or split
உலகு = world
Hence, பிளவுலகு (Pelavulegu) means ‘divided earth’

WOMAN [H802 אִשָּׁה נָשִׁים 'ishshah (ish-shaw')]
(Genesis 2:23) And Adam said: “This [is] now bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.”

ish-she (இச்சி)
இச்சி = a noun-ending denoting feminine gender.
Hence, இச்சி (ishshe) is used to denote any noun-ending for feminine gender.

ADAM [H120 אָדָם 'adam (aw-dawm')]
(Genesis 2:19) Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought [them] to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that [was] its name.

aa(ஆ) + tham (தம்)
ஆ = soul
தம் = breath
Hence, ஆதம் (Aatham) means ‘soul with breath’

DAY [H3117 יוֹם yowm (yome)]
(Genesis 1:5) God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.

vowm (வெம்)
வெம் – hot
Hence, வெம் (vowm) means hot usually represented as வெம்மை meaning hotness for referring to the hot sun.

NIGHT [H3915 לַיִל לֵיל לַיְלָה layil (lah'-yil)]
(Genesis 1:5) God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.

el(எல்) + yil(-இல்)
எல் = light or sun
இல் = suffix for negation
Hence, எல்லில் (elyil) simply means ‘without light or sun’

GIANTS [H5303 נְפִיל נְפִל nphiyl (nef-eel') (or nphil {nef-eel'})]
(Genesis 6:4) There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore [children] to them. Those [were] the mighty men who [were] of old, men of renown.

nabam (நபம்) + pili (பில்லி)
நபம் = sky or rainy season
பில்லி = demon serving sorcerers or witch craft
Hence, நபில்லி (Nabapili) means demons from sky.

ARK [H8392 תֵּבָה tebah (tay-baw')]
(Genesis 6:14) Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch.

tayppam (தெப்பம்)
தெப்பம் = float, raft
Hence, தெப்பம் means raft.

GOPHER [H1613 גּוֹפֶר gopher (go'-fer)]
(Genesis 6:14) Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch.

gopuram (கோபுரம்)
கோபுரம் = tower
Hence, gopur-a (கோபுர-) used as a prefix could represent a tree that grows like tower.

Conclusion

I am not sure if Tamil (to be accurate, the Dravidian language) was actually spoken in Prediluvian times but something tells me the meaning of these names were carried on and retained.
