No, it has probably reverted back to dust. No, I do not agree. Go dig up the graves of those of faith who have been dead for centuries rotting in the ground. Do you think they still have skin and bones?
I agree with all those scriptures, but just because the vessel is temporary doesn't mean it isn't, or can't be, holy.1Co 15:40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
1Co 15:41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.
1Co 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
1Co 15:43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
1Co 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
1Co 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
1Co 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Here dust + breath/spirit from God = a living soul. When the flesh dies physically it returns back to the dust of the ground and our spirit is preserved with God for final judgment.
Those who died that are in Christ will be raised with new glorified bodies, not the same bodies we have now as God is not going to reknit the flesh that perishes.
In fact, God commanded us to "be ye holy for I am holy". (Lev 11:45, 1 Peter 1:16)
Is God holy throughout?
Yes, and He has made it possible for us to follow His lead.
