It's hard to grasp and list all of the ways that I've been blessed in the last two days, so I'll hit the highlights of it in an effort to keep it as succinct as possible. When I moved back to Ohio in 11/16 I landed in Columbus with my Brother, his daughter and her 4 (!) kids & hubby, so...not a lot of room already. So the bulk of my "stuff" I stored at my buddies house in London Ohio in his huge shed/shop thing he has (think garage big enough to pull a big dump truck into!) I had a lot of stuff but he has a huge shop and no money storage and I know it would be safe.

It was there for about a year before I was asked to come to my dad's city and help him. So it became apparent that, I'd be here awhile and had room here to go get my stuff. So I grabbed one of my friends and we went out there and he helped me load all the boxes up onto my truck and I brought it up here and just used a couple bedrooms to sort of store all the boxes in and have been ever so slowly unpacking boxes one at a time. It's been another year now and I have started noticing that I'm missing this, I'm missing that...but I know that (or at least thought I knew) that, I should have this stuff here in Ohio. But we were careful to get everything. All except for my motorcycle and a very few tools. A whole bunch of my book collection was gone. I asked my friend and I asked my brother and they both said no. Beyond what I knew was there, there was no more. So I figured I must have left them in Colorado and only thought I brang them. I didn't have room for everything.

But I knew what I brought...at first. But having my things boxed up for over two years, I kind of went vague on what all I knew for sure that I still had. But while living in Colorado for 30 years I amassed quite a lot of gun stuff. And was reloading most of all my own ammo and even casting many of my own lead bullets. And I think it was about a couple years before God told me to move back to ohio, that I got targeted and had all of my guns stolen. But the only took the guns. I still had all of the stuff for the guns and at first I had dreams replacing them one day so kept all the stuff. /Then the taught me, I had too many. A few swords are ok but don't go overboard. I didn't and don't need a huge arsenal. So I decided well then there's several calibers of guns that I wont need to ever replace for whatever reasons. And I got the idea to gift my buddy in London some gun stuff for guns that he owns in these calibers. It did occur to me that, hey maybe my buddy poked around in my boxes and found some very cool accessories for a few of his guns?! But...I dismissed that idea. He's a good friend and I trust him. So tried not to think negative or be judgmental towards him, or ever say anything accusatory to him.

Even if he did take some things, I was going to give that stuff to him anyway so, so what? Who cares. He helped me out a lot so I wanted to show him some appreciation. So I went ahead and made him up a goodie box of stuff for his guns that I know he can use. I don't think he was really expecting all that he did get. He was so happy! He really liked that basket weave leather cowboy belt and holster for his 44 mag...that I knew he didn't have a holster for. He flipped! And I was telling him that I was going to give him a bunch of 308 Winchester reloading dies and brass & stuff...but I can't find it, sorry or it would be more. I told him that I was going through what I had with the idea of giving him certain things, and a lot of it is just, not there. It's almost like, I am missing several large boxes of stuff. And when I said that, he reacted. He remembered. He moved several large boxes of my stuff into his storage shed to make a little more room in the shop, and forgot that he did that!

I wonder if this was some sort of test for me from the Lord? I know that life is 10% what it deals you in the cards and 90% how you react to it.

It feels like that because I kept a good heart about it all that I was blessed by the return of a bunch of my stuff. Even stuff that I want to keep that I had not even missed yet! And my missing book collection! and...too much to list! He got blessed and an increased blessing then lol, and I got blessed. Then he turns around and gives me two gifts. That I didn't expect those and they're both nice! It was incredible. This is the short version, there's a little more to it but it was such a good day. And I have my book collection back now too! And my chess set, lol!

My buddy is not a believer and I laid about 3 good testimonies on him to plant some seeds and also told him that I'm already praying for him and his family and if anyone gets sick to let me know right away so I can get more people praying for them too. And he said pray for Daniel. It's his wife's cousin. He's 32 and lives in Florida. About a week ago him and his wife were in a terrible auto accident and his wife came through it ok, but Daniel has some brain damage of some sort and has been unresponsive since the accident. The prognosis does not look good, and Daniel is not a believer either. So...yeah, we need to pray for this young man (he's 32) that he pulls through and starts becoming responsive. His wife needs him, he is at deaths door. I figure if he's this bad, and enough of us send up prayers and he pulls through, they will know that God is real and loves them and healed him...Good idea. Please help me on this and pray for Daniel & his wife in Florida. He needs help. They kind we can do through prayer.

Thank you Brothers & Sisters for helping with your prayers about him.

That all was only thursday. I went to my brothers wednesday and slept there before we went to my buddy's the next day. And the day I was at my brothers was full of blessings too.

My brother gifted me a couple things too that I didn't see coming. He's a flooring installer and gave me a piece of brand new carpet that he had left over from a job. Enough to do my bedroom. I'm kind of hard on the carpet, lol. But this carpet is some of the nicer carpeting so should last quite awhile. And the pad too. He said he'll change out my bedroom rug the next time he visits here. He also gave me a corded drill and he had steaks for us to eat. All in all a very nice visit.

And I also seen a stack of books close to 2 feet tall on his dresser. All of them new books with a message. Several Andrew Wommak books, a bible and a few assorted books from other Pastors. This is all practically a miracle on it's own, lol!
When I first moved here in 11/16 and we began talking about the Lord, he...told me to not preach at him too much. I told him all about all of the help and miracles that the Lord had done for me in Colorado and that we all have to be drawing closer to the Lord and preparing ourselves for the Lord's return. He said he prays every single day and I told him, and you read the bible every day too?

He said no, he's never been able to understand it so he just listens to church programs on TV and the radio. So I told him that's not enough, you need to read every day and that the Lord gives revelation and understanding as you read it. I told him that it gets easier as you go along, but he wasn't much encouraged by that. So I started praying for him, that he be given understanding and so forth. So to walk into his room and see so many bibles and books was a big surprise for me.

He said he has read more books in the last year n a half than he has in his entire life! He said I was right and it does get easier and seems to come easy if he prays while he reads (!!)
What's that mean, Lord? Like that...So the seeds I planted and my prayers have helped because he's almost like a different man than he was before. Praise the Lord for that!

I cleaned out my truck before driving down there, to reduce weight and get better gas mileage, and it was a good thing I did because I came home with a fully packed truck. Carpeting, padding, boxes of stuff...packed full. :)
