The 3rd Temple will be built soon

The Red Heifer
The Temple Institute in Jerusalem has announced that an entirely red female calf has been born in Israel, paving the way for re-establishing the Temple service and marking the final stage of Israel’s redemption.

One week after its birth, the newborn red heifer was certified by a board of rabbis as fulfilling all the Biblical requirements of the red heifer.

The Temple Institute has been preparing for the building of Israel’s Third Temple for many years. They now have all the furniture and utensils needed for the resumption of temple administration. These have all been made according to Biblical specifications.

Let them build it as it's only going to be thrown down when Christ returns. This is money wasted that could feed and clothe the poor as God will not sanctify or dwell in this temple.

Acts 7:48 Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, 49 Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest? 50 Hath not my hand made all these things?

1 Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

Was the red heifer born on 8/28 of this year? I'd rather first hear about this after all the Jewish Priestly duties are done with their examinations and declare "yes,"

but this obscure bit from the Pentateuch is WAY more significant than a lot of stuff we've seen posted in this section in recent weeks. It's an interesting bit of Scripture, if nothing else: Numbers 19:2

Is the idea that the red cow has to be born in Israel? They can't take one of the perfectly fine red cows from any other parts of the world?

God no longer honors the blood sacrifice of unblemished animals as through Christ who suffered and died for all has already made the ultimate blood sacrifice for the atonement of sin, John 14:6; Ephesians 2:8.

Hebrews 10:
1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. 2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. 3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. 4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. 5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: 6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. 7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. 8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; 9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. 10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: 12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; 13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. 14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. 15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, 16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

I'm not really sure why they make such a big deal about this one. The "qualifications" for it seem pretty straightforward in our Scripture, but they may have all sorts of other hoops to jump through. Also, I doubt there's 100% agreement about whether it needs to be born in Israel or not.

Jesus did fulfill the sacrifice of the red heifer, which has some differences from other sacrifices. He fulfilled them ALL, so I personally don't see how it could be relevant to God's time table. I might be missing something though?

Yeah I'm not totally clear on it either. I think its for sacrificing so the temple will be fully functioning so to speak rather than just a monument. But if that's the case then they better start building quick because I think the heifer has to be two years old or younger to qualify? Also, I think this group is specifically trying to breed red heifers so that's the same as some crazy person declaring themselves the anti-christ.

I think it is true that before any sacrifice would even seem worthwhile to Jews, they'd need to have their Temple rebuilt / restored.

I know nothing of any group trying to raise red heifers for the purpose, can you explain why you think that would make them the anti-christ? It seems to me like our notion of Christ wouldn't be on their mind, at all

I can't find it now but I saw an article on this red heifer the other day and I think it said that this group that made this announcement has been trying to breed them. I didn't mean that makes them the anti-christ - I'm just comparing it to that situation. . . where someone tries to manufacture Biblical prophesy . . it doesn't make it real.

Yeah it's those hoops I was thinking about. If the cow could come from anywhere then they could have probably placed an order the day they secured the temple mount. You can take a ruler and draw a straight line from Texas to Alberta and make it almost a thousand miles wide and there are going to be a host of red cows all over the place in there.

I might be missing something though?
I don't think you are missing anything. The kind of folks making things like this happen probably don't accept anything after Malachi.

There were two heifers born on September 20, 2014 in Pennsylvania, One had a number seven on its face and the other was red. Many thought back then this was Biblical prophecy fulfilled just as many think about this red heifer. There have been many red heifers born and has nothing to do with anything of end times.

I believe any talk of a Temple after Christ returns should be tempered with Zech. 14 - 21. We know it states the Feasts will be observed and we know tribute is expected as Christ will rule from Jerusalem.

I don't believe Jesus will actually sit in any Temple made by hands or have anything to do with the Feast. When Christ returns with His army of angels He will then destroy the beast and false prophet casting them into the lake of fire. Then binding Satan for a time as He sends His angels out to the four corners of the earth to gather His own to Him. Then the white throne judgement comes and after that this heaven and earth will pass away and the New Jerusalem is then ushered down from heaven where we are then with the Lord forever. Rev 19:11-21; 20, 21; Matthew 24:29-31.

The Temple will not be built until the 7 year peace agreement is signed by the Jews and the Muslims. Only when it is signed, will they begin to rebuild the Temple. And the 7 year peace agreement is done by the anti-christ. To the Muslims their Mahdi, to the Jews their Messiah. Both nations see this man to be their Messiah, hence the Peace agreement between them. It is only when that man desecrates the Holy of Holies, in that new rebuilt Temple, that the Jews will realize their mistake in thinking he was their Messiah. Sacrifices that the Jews started up again will then cease because of the desecration of the Temple.

There will be no new temple built in Jerusalem.

"Our fathers worshiped on this mountain; and you say that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship." Jesus said to her,
"Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father....
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for such the Father seeks to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth."
(John 4:20,21,23)

Mar 14:58 -"We heard him say, 'I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and in three days I will build another, not made with hands.'"

Jhn 2:20 - The Jews then said, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?" 21)But he spoke of the temple of his body.

1Co 3:16 - Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? 17)If any one destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and that temple you are.

revelations says the 3rd temple will be built and they will start up the temple sacrifices - 3.5 years later the anti-christ will be revealed and usurp the worship for himself as god almighty - then 3.5 years after that the anti-christ will be overthrown by God and locked away for 1000 year Messianic reign on earth - then the war of armageddon and the new heavens and earth

it's all in revelations - lots to read but it is all there
