Your stepkids ARE your children!Step kids
Their is a story ,these are adults not minors .Your stepkids ARE your children!
And I know you treat them that way...
You may even love them more than some parents love their
natural children....
Did you know that insanity is inherited?
We get it from our children.
Their is a story ,these are adults not minors .
These two won't ,I wouldn't expect them to call me dad.their dad died in 06.I'm not telling two adults near my age they are just kids. So? It doesn't mean that you still can't love them even if you never knew them as children. Love comes in all forms, shapes, and sizes. There is no limitations on it.
Gray hair too. I often remind our daughters that I didn't have grey hair before I had children.Did you know that insanity is inherited?
We get it from our children.
I had one more question about the brain, why is it that sometimes it creates false memories?
It forces us to stop. It forces us to quiet down. It forces us to be patient.
I must admit that a few years ago I was having a difficult time sleeping and I'd recite the rosary so I could stop thinking about things. So your analysis is quite correct.
I have to admit, however, that even though I attend the catholic church at times now, and must say the rosary when going to a funeral --- I do believe it's not a good way to pray; although Catholics believe it's the prayer that satan is most afraid of. I don't know why.
Sounds good to me....Precisely because God speaks to us, when we slow down and open ourselves to Him.
I like the Chaplet of Divine Mercy better.
Sure.Whatever works for you; it's not the words in the prayer, it's whatever slows you down and makes you open to Him.
My Italian catholic friends rush through the rosary and rush through the chaplet...what's the point then??
biz, I must ask him on this as he likes some of the old liturgy.
We each have our own idea. If I have to rush through a prayer, I'd rather than say it.It's not how fast one does it. It's how you use it to clear your mind and make you receptive to God. If your voice is droning on and it sounds like you're not thinking about the mechanics of what you're doing, then you're doing it right. At least that's what works for me.
