the causes of human suffering

The world 🌎 often blames people for their suffering. Sometimes there’s truth to it sometimes not so much but in any case it’s how the world 🗺️ works.

Following Jesus Christ involves persecution and tribulation and trials. That’s in Scripture.

Every human being suffers because their bad fruits are under judgment and punishment.

Clearly you have never read Job, nor psalms and proverbs.

The bible is a realistic book, it reflects real life and in those books you would find that good people suffer for no apparent reason, that evil people prosper.

There is no obvious cause and effèt between being wealthy or healthy and how sinful one is.

Job's comforters made long speeches basically saying Job was suffering because of his evil deeds. Gods judgement on Job was that he was moral upright.

Why do people suffer? Basically because the world is broken, broken by sin and we are caught up in a broken world.

We do not suffer on this earth as punishment. We suffer because the Lord has given this world over to satan.

After Jesus was baptized He went to the wilderness and fasted for forty days. After this satan came to Him to tempt Him. The enemy, satan says," ill give You the whole world if You will worship me." At this point Jesus should have said " it's not yours to give." But, He does not.

The Lord tried to create a perfect society in heaven with the angles. They still rebelled. We are on this earth as a test to see if we qualify for earth 2.0. This is why we suffer on this earth. We must endure until the end.

Mat 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
When we pick up our cross and follow Jesus the world will persecute those who are Christ own, but even if we are persecuted to death we are not to fear this for we are no longer of this world when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Our rewards are stored up in heaven, not hear on earth. There is nothing that can separate us from the love of God.

Mat 5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Mat 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Rom 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Rom 8:36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Rom 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
Rom 8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Rom 8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This fable and the source of this fable is wrong , opposed to Scripture, and unreliable. Beware false teachers and false teachings.
A few are humble enough to learn the truth. Hopefully they are seeking the Truth , Trusting Jesus.
What part is false? Is all of it false or just some of it? It is kind of like religion. The question you have to ask, does it take from1 or add to the Gospel of Jesus of Nazareth, the Messiah? Does it bring about or prevent repentance. Be careful what you call false and true and let the Holy Spirit edify you in all truths. The only absolute truth is; Jesus of Nazareth was perfect in every way. The perfect sacrifice. Then died, was buried, and came back to life to defeat death and save me from death. Now He sits at the right side of the one true God. The Lord God. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. All other beliefs or theology is debatable.

Instead of telling others that their views are wrong and the teaching is false.

You would do well to counter the argument, using a source such as the Bible to prove that what they are saying in false.

Grace and peace to you.
