"Motion" is a human construct, not a divine one. It's a simple demonstration of the truth to point out, there is no privileged frame of reference. For God, maybe. For us, no. At any rate, the Earth clearly does move by any rational consideration.
The Biblical assertion that it doesn't, merely involves the customary reference point, and has no theological implications other than an assertion of God's reliability.
