Well it wouldn't be proper to say the male sex organ as this is a Christian forum.wholesome?uh no.
 
Is it even possible to have a favorite organ? Like what criteria would I even decide that on?

What if you needed a transplant for a certain organ? That would probably be your favorite because it kept you alive!
 
I'm going to say bone marrow because it makes blood and I like having blood very much.
