The irrelevancy of women's abilities/contribution in the bible.

How were you able to write such a termpaper withing the space of 5 minutes??? Incredible!!! Were you already waiting for this thread? Did you hack into my mind??? Interesting post. However those records are little compared tp what the guys did in the bible days. *****************************************Did you say equality? Equality in the OT between a woman and a man? :dunno :shrug :confused

I know all and see all......:shocked! ............Actually I have written four pages on this subject (to long to post in a forum) as well as close to a hundred other topics over the last 15years plus the book I wrote which is pending publishing. This is just a snippet. Do we really know all the women God has used in His ministry? What about all the women who were in the upper room with the disciples as I can only speculate that they to received the Holy Spirit. The women I mentioned here is only a small fraction of all the women God has blessed and used in His ministry as there were and still are many today.

The irrelevancy (or should I say, unimportance) of women's abilities/contribution in the bible - and in churches today.

The OT didn't kind of recognise women; the NT also didn't say much about women. Were they not important in the OT & NT days? Even in churches and in our communities today women are not well recognised: no female pastors, no female overall leaders etc... Wht? Why? Why? Imcompetence???:dunno :shrug :confused

How many of the disciples were females??? How many of the apostles were females??? How many of the writer of the bible chapters were females??? How many females had their deeds recorded in the bible...as we have Moses' account, David, Daniel...just very few???

So, where does the bible place women??? :dunno :shrug :confused

God has shown in his word that he is not biased.

Women were instrumental in building the godly men of the bible. Women do not have to be priests or disciples to work for God.

The bible is replete with women that God used...
Heb 11 where the women were mentioned.

(1) Hannah who trained and gave Samuel his spiritual training
(2) Moses' Mother a woman of great faith
(3) Miriam Moses' sister
(4) Mary the mother of Jesus

You can go online and check great women of the bible and you will see how important they were.

Just because a person's name may not be in the forefront of things that does not mean that their influence or importance is not recognised.

Without these women, the men would not have been the men they became.

God is not partial.

The modern day feminist wants to have women preachers etc. God has laid out the rules and only what he says is IMPORTANT.
