The baptism, the one that saves us, the one true baptism, is Jesus placing the Holy Spirit in us. That is the baptism, the placing into, the immersion that saves. Without the baptism with the Holy Spirit, one cannot be "in Christ", because it is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, the agent of that baptism that makes us "in Christ".

1 Peter 3:21There is also an antitype which now saves us--baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

What saves us? A baptism, not water baptism. One that results in our being resurrected with Christ Jesus.

Galatians 3:26-27 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

It is a baptism by faith.

Colossians 2:10- and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. Complete "in Him", and lacking nothing.

Romans 6:3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? It is the baptism that makes us "In Him", born again.

The baptism with the Holy spirit unites believers, not divide them. There are no "super Christians, or Catholic saints.
