Probably God created it...maybe, maybe not. I would say God didn't create fear at all. Some say it's something biological.
It's not a good thing at all.
If we say it originated from the devil...then why does the devil fear too?

...until after sin entered. Entered from where??? That's the part that really gets me thinking deeply...

I think , the only fear that comes from the Lord is what have been mentioned in Proverbs 9: 10 " The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding."
"The bible says do not fear 365 times , that's enough for one day a year ".....

I agree with you. The fear of the Lord means that respect for God that leads to obedience; anything that will cost God to be displeased. Obedience is the key and summary. Obedience gives birth to the blessings, the treasures, the favors, or the grace. Ecclesiastes 12:13 Psalm 111:10
Some fears are life preserving ones based on life threatening experiences of yourself or others. Fear of fire after escaping from a burning building, for instance.
Some that don't come from a rational explanation may come from the enemy of our souls.
The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom
Fear of the future may be from not trusting God or not looking for Jesus' appearing.

Fear is nothing more than a lack of faith that will lead you down a path of destruction if your focus is not on God. Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. Fear here means respect for there is nothing to fear if we are truly with God. We need not fear what this world can do to us for our witness of Christ as Matthew 10:28 says, And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. So in conclusion the origin of fear begins in ones self.

1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Purely biological. All (?) animals including mammals, reptiles, fish, birds and insects exhibit fear as a means of self preservation. I was going to suggest crocodiles as the only animal that did not show fear but they are certainly wary of hippos. How about hippos & rhinos? What are they afraid of?

Likely, yes. Fear -- in fact, all negative emotions -- came into being with The Fall. After all, what was there to fear, be angry about, be sad about, in the Garden. It was only when survival became a question rather than an assurance that these negative emotions manifested and were expressed.
Nor would we have any of those other negative emotions, either. The problem? We would also be perfect, and we will decidedly not be "perfect" in this life.
