The Perfect Will of God

I have heard many preachers mention this phrase: 'the Perfect Will of GOD'. There seems to be comparisons, 'the Will of God' vs 'the Perfect Will of God' etc. Why can't we just have only 'the Will of God'?:dunno seems there are variations kinda (Can't find the verses on 'the Perfect Will of God thing'. My problem is with the 'Perfect'.

Well I think the Will of God is perfect no matter what, I guess they think "The Perfect Will of God" makes it sound a little better ;)

There no difference, I heard many times and didn't think there was any difference.

A friend said: 'there is a difference between the Will of God, the Perfect Will of God etc.' he said, for instance, if God instructs you to do something and you simply obey, you get the Perfect Will of God. But if you decide to have it your own way...God may permit you. You may encounter problems...or you may not be well satisfied. In this case, this is an imperfect will of God.' Didn't make sense to me.
