Yo Tim I thought that's what I was doing......rambling on and on how RC Cola w/peanuts is the BOMB! Now in order to change the subject of this topic, you must try ice cream with rice crispies first......have you?
Now I've tried Pepsi, and really I don't have anything against it except here where I'm at, there's a Pepsi Plant in Charlotte,NC about 20 minutes from me and for some reason the Pepsi taste like it has some kind of cleaner in it. My hubby and daughter were Pepsi drinkers too, but has turned to Coke and Dr. Pepper for the same reason. The taste of the cleaner is pretty strong to all of us, so we don't know what's going on, but it scared us enough to change to Coke. And since RC has been little hard on my stomach of late, I've changed to green teas. But I got to say, a ice cold RC in a bottle w/salted peanuts would bring me out of retirement!!!!! But no coffee please. :morning:

Pepsi is SO much more bad fer ya than The Pepper at LEAST we think it starts with prunes!

Let's see it's got: Carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color (so its a flavored color?), SUGAR, phosphoric acid, caffiene . . . Dunt da da dun, citric acid (is that symbolizing fruit?) and Get This~ natural flavors. HA!

*0g of Fat ~ Whaaaa?
*20 MEGA grams of Sodium
*28g of Carbohydrates
*28g of SUGAR
0g Protein

The label says it is NOT a significant source of other ( as in ANY other) nutrients. SO There plowed you down Bones with the FACTS!

Alrighty then. Waters for everyone. No flavored beverages at all. While we're at it, let's nix the Chocolate and anything with sugar rather than splenda. Then Let's go burn down the McDonalds and torch the Burger Kings.

It's the Daniel 1 diet for us all!
 
Splenda is bad for the body.
Sugar, cocoa, beef, all that, are not bad for the body, if eaten in MODERATION.

What exactly would you buy at the grocery store, to do the "Daniel 1" diet, blazin?

Vegetables of course. I'd personally grab some Cucumbers, carrots, broccolli, spinach, tomato's. Maybe even a few peppers and onions.
