H54 did say "law of Christ".If obedience to the law is what it takes, then why did Paul say, "The law works wrath: for where there is no law, there is no transgression" Romans 4:15.
Love works no ill, faith works by love. ( faith is not law, faith is belief that Jesus Christ fulfilled all things, and that He fulfilled all things to fulfil them in us.)H54 did say "law of Christ".
That isn't the 400 something Mosaic Laws and customs that Paul referred to in Rom 4...and elsewhere.
Law of Christ is: love God with all your heart, soul, and strength, and love your neighbor as you love yourself.

Romans 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
