Sat around today too. I did some trigger modification on my browning buckmark .22lr. I've got it down to a 40oz with a clean break. This makes the pistol much more accurate and easier to control.

Took Hannah to her dance class and sat there and watched tv while she danced. I sat some more when I got home after spending some time with my great dane pups. lol...95lb puppies!

Ate some carrot cake and ice cream at work for lunch. It was my buddies birthday. I think I'll start back to school soon so I can sit around some more. :rolling

the title of this thread automatically makes it my favourite thread on this site!

:rolling :hysterical :biglol

i sit around alot of the time, most of the time LOL

trying not to eat :P

Well, I sat around alot more the last week. Too busy thinking about Thanksgiving and Christmas to do much serious excercise, I better get back to it soon. :naughty

Anyone out there putting on 'holiday weight' ?

I'm not much of a weight gainer, can't really, my metabolism is just too high. The most I ever weighed was 195lbs, but my dad says that will change when I hit 40. I reckon I still have four more years to sit on my butt as much as I feel like. :D

Same here. I'm staying at 55kg and can't put on any more. I think my metabolism is really high as well.

I've heard when you get married you start putting on weight! :biglol

I'm pretty happy with my diet and excercise, but thanks. ;)

I'm not much on heavy weight lifting either. I use to, but it gets boring real fast. I lift weights and excercise, but this thread is for those days when you just don't feel like it and there's no need to feel bad about it. :salute

haha, I'm really just poking fun cause I'm jealous. I've got to lift and eat the right stuff to keep my metabolism high or I get fat quick. I'm the type that can lick a postage stamp and gain 3 lbs, so I don't get any of those days. You high metabolism guys have it to easy

Yeah, there are two sieds to everything. Slim guys want to bulk up, bigger guys want to slim down. The problem is we are never satisfied with our own bodies.

I'm not a superhero or an olympic competetitor, most of us aren't. Infact, only 2% of us have the genetic makeup to achieve a six pack, but mens health would have you believe everyone should! :screwloose

Yeah, I enjoy my lazy days, but we shouldn't indulge in too many of them. :salute
