There's no 2,000 yr old prophecy from the OT yet to be fulfilled! OT verse proves it!

Re: There's no 2,000 yr old prophecy from the OT yet to be fulfilled! OT verse proves

Like I keep emphasizing, I really don't know what scriptures you people are reading.

While doing my usual shabath reading, I came across these verses in Ezekiel that should prove that there's no 2,000 yr old prophecy yet to be fulfilled from the OT.
There's no 2,000 yr old prophecy that is waiting to be fulfilled, to say otherwise is to contradict God!

This is a perfect example whereby ignoring context can distort a biblical message to even a believer. Read the whole chapter. Ezekiel is communicating that the futility of Zedekiah's efforts to throw off the yolk of bondage to Babylon are soon to be made apparent. The events of 586BC are the fulfillment of this prophecy.

--- But Zechariah 14:16 when it speaks of "...worship the King, the Lord of hosts..." could not mean any other king other then our Lord as you assert. I hate saying goodbye and not leave (much like company that stands at the door for 20 minutes to say goodbye), but I bid you goodbye once again. Unless, this can turn civil.
Maybe if you took the time to answer the questions I asked earlier, you would have your answer to Zech 14:16. Besides that, how does everything written in scripture measure up to Eze 12:22-28?!

Read Eze 12:22-28, it's referring to all of God's prophecy from that day on.

Actually there is a nearly 6000 year old prophecy that still needs to happen.

Genesis 3:15 15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.â€

This is speaking of the devil bruising Jesus's heel on the cross, but the heel will be what destroys him.

This will be realized at two distinct points in time. First of all, it will be realized through the judgment of Satan at the Second Coming. Romans 16:20 states: The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. This is talking about future events from the prophecy in Genesis 3:15

Then this will then be completed as stated in Revelation 20:7-10 "...and fire came down from heaven and devoured them. 10 And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever."

This still needs to happen, so your assertion all OT prophecies have been fulfilled is not accurate.

Hardly, the world still had to wait nearly 600yrs for Christ.

Mat 1:22 - Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
Mat 1:23 - Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Like I keep telling you people, it's your understanding and misinterpretations that flawed. The "devil" that's thrown into the lake of fire is not Satan, but the greek little horn from Dan 11, the reason for Dan 12's reference to the 2nd resurrection of the good and the bad. It is this "devil" that Satan uses, as he did with the Beast and the false prophet, to attack the heavenly Shalem, that's thrown into the lake of fire. This is the reason why we are at the "wheat and tares" harvest. We will be raptured into the barn (New Shalem) or the lake of fire. There's no "Great White Throne" judgement in the 3rd and final resurrection! Dan 12 and the revelation verses following this "devil's" trip to the lake of fire is the "Great White Throne" judgement, the 2nd heavenly resurrection.

That's because you haven't made the connections between the OT verses describing Christ post the Babylonian captivity.
Psa 87:4 I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know me: behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this [man] was born there.
Psa 87:5 And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.
Psa 87:6 The LORD shall count, when he writeth up the people, [that] this [man] was born there. Selah.
