This Has Got to Stop

Actually, they do rigorous background checks on police officers. They even do psychological exams. They are lengthy and take time to complete. These checks are thorough. If anyone falsifies their info, it is up to a $10,000 fine/5 years in prison.

Many cops aren't able to arrest these thugs as readily being under the microscope. They have arrested some, but some mayors and governors are not backing up their police and some states are "refusing to put their police at risk". Thus, they are keeping them withdrawn from riots.
ten grand and five years
yeah, don't i know it.............

It seems that the post was changed as kiwidan previously mentioned how sad it was that a police officer had fallen in the line of duty so I put a sad face. I no longer see that post.

Yeah, he's always doing that for some reason. :\

Hey Michael74, here is some more news for you. It looks like vandalists have recently hit the Ohio State Capital.

And the problems just keep coming. :nonono

Hey Michael74, here is some more news for you.

I didn't understand why people hated Columbus so much, so I Googled it. I was appalled:

Washington Post said:
Columbus and his crew searched and searched for gold to no avail, so they filled their ships with something else they could sell: people. Of the 500 Taíno they took — selected because they were the strongest and healthiest specimens — 200 died on the voyage to Spain. Many more died once they had been sold into slavery.

How come they didn't tell us this stuff in school?

Washington Post said:
Columbus’s men also continued to sexually abuse Taíno women and girls. In 1500, Columbus wrote to an acquaintance that “there are many dealers who go about looking for girls; those from nine to 10 are now in demand.”

Btw, I feel really bad for whoever has to clean up all those red handprints on the Ohio State Capital building. :( I realize that they were trying to make a point but it's one thing to protest and another thing altogether to vandalize. :nonono

How do people start a game of chess these days?. Is it a coin flip who moves first?
