Top Ten Cartoon Characters

I'm going to try something a little different, and this will have to rely on the HONOR System. For those who are unfamiliar with the word, it means you can't go check other web sites for this list. I'm going to list a blank Top 10 list, and as posters guess at one, I will edit it into the OP, and as an extra incentive, I'll put your name next to your correct answer. This way, you will be imortalized forever on the OP of Fame!

You can post as many times as you'd like, but ONLY 1 PICK PER POST. I'll reveal my source when this is done.

keep in mind when you're guessing, these are "characters" not the cartoon names. Oh, and part of the criteria was their cultural influence.

No looking for the list Reba. That would be cheating.
 
Can we list multiple names? And when you say "cultural influence" can I ask if these are all american ones or if they come from other countries as well?

Strawberry Shortcake (She got movies also, plus there was a revival of dolls and such.)

If I had seen that the first time I would have beat PizzaGuy on Charlie Brown! Instead I was posting away while he replied. :lol

But there........ I posted "as many times as (I) like" with only "1 pick per post." :salute
 
Donald Duck for position #2?
It was a toss-up for me as it could easily be Daffy. Should I hedge my bet by saying, "D. Duck" ?? :D

Donald would be my guess.
