I have to believe that Scooby and Fred Flintstone are going to be on that list...so that just leaves room for one more guess.


Droopy?
 
I'm also thinking of Winnie-the-Pooh, but I don't believe that Pooh should be on the list, as Pooh is a book character that was made into a cartoon, rather than a bona-fide cartoon character. But then, the same can be said of the Grinch.

Besides, Pooh is annoying. So, if Pooh is on the list, but Droopy, who is an actual cartoon character, and one of the funniest ones ever is not, I'll be miffed!


(then again, if Pooh is on the list, I'd better get the credit!!!)
 
Oh, and speaking of annoying...another classic cartoon character that very well might be on that list is Woody Woodpecker.

My vote is still for Droopy though, I mean really, Droopy was just hilarious!!!!

:chair That's for knocking Winnie the Pooh. How dare you! I think he would be a good choice, but neither him nor anyone else you mentioned made the top 10.
 
So here we are with only the 10th spot to claim. Who's going to nail it??
