I think Emetophobia is the fear of vomit, not barfing.

I'm so glad you followed up with this. I was deciding on the superstitions guess, but this locked it.

Two more to go. Might be the hardest, but I thought that would be needles.

Remembered the word "Triskadecophobia" when you posted it. Hmmm... hard fears - okay. Deeging deep into the psyche, might take a moment...

How about, "Fear of psychosis," like as in, "I think I'm crazy."
 
Somebody is watching. Just because I'm paranoid doesn't prove that THEY aren't watching. Fear of being watched.
 
Fear of women. Specifically women with weapons. Axe Wielding women were my brother's biggest fear.
