yep, most of the corner stores and gas station around here are operated and owned by Muslims, And there are plenty people who don't have a problem with that either Drew. And, they aren't terrorists or violent people they are indeed very kind people "around here" and they would give you a bottle of milk on loan in an instant! That's how nice some people are in this town. And just because they pack protection with them or in their store doesn't mean that ALL people of the Muslim 'faith' are violent people. They have every right to protect their business from robbers who pull guns on them in their faces! The robbers get freaked and usually run if they get a gun pulled on them right back. And guess what NOT ALL of the store owners had to shoot in order to get the thugs to leave. And not all of them are robbed BECAUSE of the defensive tactics they used to scare the thugs away from robbing them! Drawing a weapon doesn't mean that the person who draws the weapon will actually shoot. MOST PEOPLE who are repsonsible weapon owners are wise enough to not shoot first! They only use their weapons as a means of DEFENSE and do not necessarily shoot the weapon.
In fact Drew, many Muslims came to the United States to get away from the tyrant Muslims who only seek to oppress them! So NO drew, I did NOT imply that all Muslims are violent. And guess what there are a few Muslims that live on my street and guess what, I have a chinese person who is a buddhist that lives next door to me and there is a Catholics and mexicans and gee there are even black and mixed race people living on my street, and across the street from me and on the other side of me is a Luthern family and gee, there are even baptists and protestants living on my street and guees what, not all of them are thugs. Most of them are very nice people! But there are thugs in the neighborhood. and gees we've even got pit bulls and even some wiener dogs amongst the crowd! :crazy A wide variety of people around here. but there are thugs spread about them too. Last summer a guy who killed his kids was hiding out just two streets away from mine. The cops caught him three days after he did the crime. And oh, even in a very posh suburb just outside of Cleveland, last summer a muslim kid shot his boss and killed him. Does that mean that all muslims are violent? NO! Guess what Drew, the people areound the Cleveland and surrounding areas that did crimes in the past years were not just of one race or religion, they were of every race and many religions. White, Black, Mexican, Asian, Arab, Mixed, you name it there were arrests and crimes committed by every race you can think of. This town is a huge town full of a variety of people. I'm not stereo typing anyone.
Hey Drew, Free and Shad, come to Cleveland sometime, I know some really nice neighborhoods full of poor people who know how to behave, and I know of neighborhood that are so aweful horrid you'd want to turn around and scram as fast as you cross the street to enter into it. I could drop you off and let you turn your other cheek when they come to beat the crap out of you just for the fun of it. Or you could try and talk your way out of it, how would you like that? ;)
And Drew, you showing us that your neighborhood is capable of being nonviolent doesn't prove anything but only that there are no thugs in your neighborhood. There are plenty of those around here too Drew. Your neighborhood isn't the only one that live without criminals come to interfere with the cushy life of the people who live there.

Some of the small towns in Florida are like that as well.Virtually crime free. I dont live in one of those, but even with i have stated, the town I live in is relatively quiet compared to what relic and foc describe. The sheriff department in my county is proactive tries hard to ride the areas of the scum bags.

The PURPOSE of the weapon is DETERRENCE FIRST and force SECOND.
It is a PROVEN FACT that in MOST cases of firearms used in self defense the intended victim DOESNT fire a shot. The mere presence of the gun ends the confrontation.
Learn some facts or stop pretending like you know any.

And HOW, again, are you dying for Jesus when you are killed by a stray shot when the shooter didnt even know you were there ?

God has given me no choice but to trust Him without question.
That has nothing to do with knowing that God allows the natural laws He put in place to run their course in MOST cases and doesnt actively stop evil men from doing what they do.
