[__ Prayer __] ugh. neighbor -drama-

i live in a modest, nice, comfortable, perfectly me-sized place. its a bunch of buildings, some green space, etc. most people own the unit they live in, others rent (supposedly, there's some kind of cap on % of units that can be rented out, blah blah blah...I dunno...?), and then there are people like me, who live in a unit owned by family. ok. --moving on--

directly above me are the obnoxious, aggressive neighbors from the nether regions. they rent, but their rental seems to be not going thru the official channels, somehow? that's neither here nor there...

i have never spoken to anyone who lives there, except to wave and say 'hi,' but they stomp (directly above me, basically the same identical floor plan), and I don't mean walk heavily and I get the 'noia and think its stomping...

nope, I pretty much mean its -intense- . parents don't visit often, but a few times, when they've been here...they've commented on it. ok. and...

i drove up yesterday. each unit here gets 2 stickers, for vehicles. i have one, my parents have one. 2 spaces...one, close to the building, there's a number and letter on it, assigned. if that spot is taken (say, spouses, roommates), then the sticker lets one park in any number of unmarked spaces, all over the place. yes, I know; the ins and outs of my neighborhood parking situation is absolutely -fascinating- . ugh. thanks for bearing with me...

ok, so some real estate lady was parked in my space, yesterday. she had her brake lights on, I figured she was on her way out, so I super-nicely (borderline wimpy) asked her to please free up my space. ordinarily, I would not have, but...the unmarked area is getting filled up, plus...i dunno, it seemed like the thing to do.

i got out of my vehicle, headed for the entry way (enter building on 2nd floor; im on 1st floor; these people are on 2nd floor), and this set of neighbor's door was open, and some dude was yelling out profanity, 'don't care what he went thru!" and...yeah, I was a lot less nervous than when this has happened, before (like the times the door was closed and some angry-sounding dude yelled out about "me and him need to get in a FIGHT!" and/or "I'm going to beat him up!," etc.), and...and...

ugh. ugh. i do not know these people. i think one person there has been constant, but there seem to be other people who float in and out? i dunno. im not an HOA-enforcer or anything, so I don't get involved, I'm just...

trying to live, and they're bullying. they talk about me-- insults, that kinda thing-- deliberately loudly enough for me to overhear in my unit. the walls aren't super thick, but this place is built better than most rental apt. places, as in...

if i can clearly here what they are saying, it is probably deliberate. and, as frequently as this happens, its creeping me out.

ugh. uneventful (I mean that in a good way...), pretty day. saw the parents briefly, came back, snacked, took a mid-day nap, and...

"I'm calling the cops. He needs to be ARRESTED!," almost certainly in reference to me, because...well, that's how some people around here do things, lol. I was semi-awake, anyway, so it wasn't a terrible jolt (LOL), but...?? really?? meanwhile...

I dunno. I've been off of misdemeanor probation for over 4 years, now. The original charge was a felony, but that's...well, that's what plea bargains are all about, right? Right. what's especially ridiculous about this situation is the -constant- use of my alphabet soup labels from psych (mis)"treatment" ('narcissist' 'junkie' 'pathological liar' 'schizophrenic,' blah blah blah) as fuel for the taunts and such, and...and...

ugh. I'm not really -antipsychiatry- per se, just...I'd very much like to have a new life, in Christ, -post-psychiatry- , you know? I got saved 8 years ago, I've been made healthy, I'm somehow surprisingly intelligent, my parents and I have reconciled and are getting along quite well, and...and...

this is all because of The Lord, and mostly (all?) -despite- the wonders of psychiatry. blah. This is definitely not the 1st time people here have yelled out about "calling the cops!," and its happened a couple times at my parents' place, too, and...and...

? I'm now "...more than a conqueror, in Christ Jesus...," which...I'm actually, increasingly able to 'get' and stand upon. OK. I don't do drugs, I don't even drink. this is...frustrating. not to go all emo on it, but its not nearly as -frightening- as I it was in the not so distant past, thank God, but...
