Went to the Tribunal with her. Met with a Duty Council Lawyer...D'ette. She took each into consideration, Rose produced 4 eviction notices/grievances. None to my knowledge have actually been filed WITH the Landlord Tenant Board. They fill out the paper and hand them to her. Some are improperly filled out, some COULD be filed. Basically, the Lawyer said that IF they actually file the last one, eviction IS probably immanent. She got other papers to file against the Landlord for monies they actually owe her because she paid too much. She will also claim harassment, because that STILL hasn't stopped even now. This meeting at the Landlord Tenant Board happened last week. Rose is coming over to dinner tonight so she and Joe can talk more, too, cause sometimes, I'm the monkey in the middle trying to deliver thoughts back and forth. Rose has basically given up trying not to move out, even though she doesn't have a named place for her to move to. The Landlady is calling her cousin giving her numbers of other people Rose could rent from.....Rose isn't buying that. She figures she has til the end of May, and she will become a Nomad....She will visit friends and family, and try to find just a room to rent as a home base somewhere near here so she can still stay with her support group of myself, and others from the church.

They want her out. The reasons vary. Even though she's paying her rent, and is quiet, etc. I don't think they actually wanted her to stay that long, and she'd told them she was trying to find a place to be until she could go to her retirement home..... I don't think they really listened, and just wanted SOMEONE in.... Now they want her out, the teenager wants the place, or that is another story they are telling.

But, when it's all said and done Rose will have her victory through Christ who is seeing her through all of this to strengthen her and bring her closer to Him especially as you continue to witness Christ to her.

We forget sometimes that we are the right arm of God through Christ here on earth as we reach out to those who need Him in their lives and this is exactly what you are doing medievalglo as you are a blessing to Rose, and all of us for that matter :hug

Praying Rose stays strong. If she finds a new place locally her life will probably be a lot happier. She will see how God has carried her. You are a wonderful Christian and friend medievalglo glo

I wanted to stay faithful to keep you in the loop since that was what was asked for as well. I can't WAIT to see what our Lord is going to do!!!! :D I know He's got this! He IS Faithful! Always has been and always will be! :D He's got my family, too. Oh! and my youngest cat IS FIXED now!! :D He's STILL really rambunctious!! Like ricochet rabbit!! For my hubby's sake, I'm glad the spunk isn't out of him! My pup likes to play still, too, and since he's the youngest he's the most responsive to her. lol :)
 
We had our cat fixed a few weeks ago and it was hard to keep her from being rambunctious around the house. She's almost a year old and now that the weather is a little better I let her outside during the day.
 
My daughter's 3 are house cats, they go kinda squirrely if we let them out, so it's better they stay in. Then they go squirrely in here....... LOL LESS cat fights I can't control.....Joy.
