What About Those In Non-Christian Lands Who Have Never Heard The Gospel?

The world cant believe in the foolishness of preaching, because the worlds wisdom is turned into foolishness.
That is aligned with scripture, it is original, it is how God first showed to the world by wisdom, ( to Israel) and the world did not know, then after that, we are saved by the preaching of the cross.
OK Gordon. I'll go one more time with you. But you need to show me you're going to listen.
The Jews wisdom is to require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom. (in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God.)
The Jews required a sign because it had been over 400 years the last time God spoke to them, and they had pretty much lost their way. Ever since God delivered the children of Israel from Egypt, they got used to seeing the cloud of smoke by day and the pillar of fire by night. They walked by both sight and faith. And this wasn't a one-time event. It was both daily and nightly. And each generation saw God's signs and hands in Jericho's wall falling down flat over some shouting, They also saw King David destroy Israel's enemies. So, after 400 years they desperately needed to see a sign because until faith should appear they were kept in God's good graces but still needed to see something. And IF you're really honest with yourself don't lie to me and tell me you've never asked God for His guidance in Him showing you a sign in which way to go just as the Pharisees and Sadducees did. So, let's not point a finger at Israel for asking God for a sign.
Preaching of Christ crucified, stumbles the Jews, ( no sign given. Mark 8:12.) and is foolishness to the Greeks. ( Because this foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 1 Corinthians 1:25.)
The preaching of Christ is a stumbling block to Israel because they could not accept their Promised Redeemer had died on the cross which to them under the Law is a cursed way to die. It had nothing to do with "foolishness of the world." They were NOT of the world (of Gentiles.) They were of the 'world' of God in Covenant with Him. A Covenant that God never made with Gentiles. There was a middle wall of separation that distinctly defined boundaries between both races. So, get it together over there and get your thinking straight.
Mark 8:12 And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation.
1 Corinthians 1:19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
1 Corinthians 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
Context, Gordon. Context.
Both Jew and Greek, ( Gentile.) who do not receive the things of God, do not receive because of the reasons described by the aligned scriptures above, because they are foolishness unto them, because they are spiritually discerned. ( no sign to the Jews, no wisdom to the Greeks, in the foolishness of God/ the foolishness of the preaching of the cross.)
Let no man deceive themselves, if they seem to be wise ( the world in the wisdom of God, who knew not God.) have to become a fool to be wise. ( to believe in the power of God, the power of the cross of Christ.)
The wisdom of this world, ( that does not believe in the foolishness of the preaching of the Cross.) is foolishness to God, as their wisdom is taken by their craftiness, and the thoughts of these is, is vain.
1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
1 Corinthians 3:18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
Context, Gordon. Context. You post Scripture because it sounds nice, not because you truly understand it so first receive what I said above, and we can go from there.

Now everyone can see how we are saved, and how we are not saved.
All of a sudden, they can? What happen to the preaching of the cross is foolishness?
You are a person of double-minded thoughts, and this is why I am weary of responding. And you are blind to see this.

The work of righteousness that Christ did on earth, gives assurance for ever.

God appointed a day through that work of righteousness, ( of we believe in our heart unto righteousness, that God raised Christ from the dead we shall be saved.) to judge the world in righteousness, and has given assurance to all men ( proving the Jews can receive 2 witnesses ever) that He has risen Him from the dead. ( given belief/faith)

Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

Acts 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

This is the full riches and full assurance of understanding, the mystery of God and Christ. ( He is the sign spoken against, these are the signs given.)

Isaiah 8:18 Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.

Luke 2:34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;

Colossians 2:2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

The full assurance gives hope ( hope is not seeing signs.) we draw near with full assurance of faith. ( evidence of things not seen)

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Christianity was in North Africa at about 60 AD so its possible in your example that the man might have heard something about it, even in passing. God finds a way for every ear to eventually hear it.
Even before that. Remember the Egyptian eunuch with Philip? This occurred around 36-40 AD.
Remember, the children of Israel were in bondage in Israel. They knew about the God of Israel first-hand, and the experience was so profound they told their children about it. And every person of Israel who looked forward to God sending their Messiah was Christian (Hebrew 'Messias,' Greek 'Christos.')

Are you even going to respond to what I said or are you going to have a one-sided conversation? If so, I'll just drop out like I did yesterday.

1 Corinthians 1:21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

The next chapter further explains.

Speaking the wisdom of God IN A MYSTERY.

The princes of this world never knew, ( in the wisdom of God, the world by wisdom knew not God) and is why they crucified Christ. Their eyes had not seen, Gods love had not entered into their hearts. ( through the Spirit of Christ)

God reveals them to us by His Spirit, and the things of God, no man knows, but the Spirit of God.

Now we speak not what mans wisdom ( foolish wisdom of this world) teaches, but what the Holy Ghost teaches, the natural man ( Jew and Gentile) does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, FOR THEY ARE FOOLISHNESS UNTO HIM.

Ephesians 3 tells more, the knowledge of the Apostles in that mystery of Christ, which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;

That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel.

1 Corinthians 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Ephesians 3:4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

It is of course opposite to what you claim, it is Jesus being made a curse for us, that takes the curse away from Israel. ( but Israel has to have faith to no longer be under the curse of the law)

Galatians 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

All of a sudden, they can? What happen to the preaching of the cross is foolishness?
You are a person of double-minded thoughts, and this is why I am weary of responding. And you are blind to see this.
They can see, but they like Israel might still not believe.

I can respond to you, as I can correct every word, if I want to.

Deuteronomy 29:2 And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that the Lord did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;
3 The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles:
4 Yet the Lord hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day.

It does not matter who is first, the first shall be last.

Remember the Gospel, it is not believed in by Israel for a reason.

This is why the Gentiles hear and why Israel does not, the Gentiles were only called at the eleventh hour, the Jews had laboured in bondage for hundreds of years before that and resented others being awarded the same as them. ( fellow heirs with Israel.)

Matthew 20:1 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.
2 And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,
4 And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.
5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.
6 And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?
7 They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.
8 So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.
9 And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.
10 But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny.
11 And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,
12 Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.
13 But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?
14 Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.
15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?
16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

Are you even going to respond to what I said or are you going to have a one-sided conversation? If so, I'll just drop out like I did yesterday.
If you have no shame whoever you think you are in a cheating forum, (nobody honest seems to be on the forum) then one day you may have to see, all that you wont see now. You are answered on all, yet act as if you are answered on nothing, the level of disho0nesty is at its highest, and it is supposed to be a Christian forum, that seem sot support what you are doing too. ( who knows what else you do and any other profiles you have over the years.)

All forums on the net and all the world is seen as being very dishonest and with no hope to ever hear truly.

I do not mind testifying from time to time, because it brings about the end of the world, at least there is that positive reason for me to join in with the games you people love to do.

2 Peter 2:13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;

Question: How is God good or just to abandon to Hell those who have never even heard the gospel?
He's very good.
JAG Writes:
Consider the following:
First, we Bible believing Christians start with the true proclamation that
God always does that which is right.
This means that the God who always does what is right, world-wide
and history-wide, is never going to abandon one of His elect to Gehenna,
but will find a way to save them and give them the gift of eternal life as
per John 3:16's "shall not perish but have eternal life."
God has never and will never abandon or even allow one of His elect to even be close or in any danger of going to Ghenna. Once saved, always saved rests on this: I will never leave nor forsake thee.

God's covenant was never world-wide. It was a family covenant that went from Abraham to Isaac to Jacob and then to Jacob's twelve sons and their children. There was a middle wall separation between Jew and Gentile and for thousands of year Gentiles lived and died without God (except a miniscule of Gentiles like Rahab, etc.)
Second, we Bible believing Christians MUST stay within the confines
of doctrinal orthodoxy and so we hold solid and fast to John 14:6
that correctly teaches: no man can come to the Father except through
believing in the Lord Jesus as his Savior.
That's the method. But no one can come to the Father at all because of something called 'sin nature' and that men already have one master to follow and it's not God. No one seeks God. Even Christ Himself said that light has come into the world and men love darkness and hate the light NEITHER COME TO THE LIGHT. What this means Paul states the following:

30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. Rom. 8:30.

There is no "accepting Jesus into your heart." That's a fallacy. Men (and women have only one master and until the stronger man (Jesus/God) binds the strong man first (sin nature) there will be no salvation to that person.
So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. Rom. 9:16.
And if God is not showing mercy to any person that person will not be saved.
Third, none of the above prevents us from considering the following:
Eternal Now. With regard to God's knowledge there is no past. present and future.
God sees everything in the Eternal NOW. God's Omniscience demands this position.
God now knows all that can be known, God does not learn new information and new truths.
So?
So the Eternal NOW knowledge is God's reality. And God's reality IS REALITY.
What YOU (we) can see is very limited and what YOU (we) can see IS NOT REALITY.
What you are seeing of Scripture on this issue is very limited. It all comes down to this reality of God:
If God loves 'you,' God will save you. If God doesn't love 'you,' God will not save you.
God isn't waiting around to see who will "accept Jesus into their heart" because God knows NO ONE is seeking God. So, unless God first makes a move to save a person that person is not going to be saved.
God has Middle Knowledge -- what that means is that God sees and knows fully
what every human being would choose to do under all possible sets of different
circumstances.
Let us take for an example a man named Akua Adisa, born in Africa in the year 1600 A.D.
Akua lived and died never knowing a single word of the gospel message.
God's Middle Knowledge knows precisely what Akua Adisa will choose to do in all possible
sets of circumstances --
-- for example if Akua Adisa had been born in, say, South Carolina in the year 1990 A.D.
and had traveled to hear Franklin Graham preach the gospel.
How is this ↓ conclusion NOT compelling?
If the Sovereign God knows that Akua Adisa would have accepted the Lord Jesus as his
Savior if he had been born in the year 1990 A.D. in South Carolina when he heard Franklin
Graham preach the gospel then in God's reality Akua Adisa has accepted the Lord Jesus as
his Savior and has therefore fulfilled the requirements of John 14:6 no man can come to the
Father except through faith in the Lord Jesus.
Are we not compelled to reach this conclusion?
Thoughts?
__________________________
PS
God's Omniscience demands we hold that God has what the philosophers call
Middle Knowledge.
JAG
It doesn't matter where Akua Adisa is born. If his name is in the book of life of the Lamb slain, he will be saved.
And that's the FULL knowledge of God and it should be yours as well.

God has never and will never abandon or even allow one of His elect to even be close or in any danger of going to Ghenna. Once saved, always saved rests on this: I will never leave nor forsake thee.
They forsake their own mercy instead..

Proverbs 3:3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

Jonah 2:8 They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.

It doesn't matter where Akua Adisa is born. If his name is in the book of life of the Lamb slain, he will be saved.
And that's the FULL knowledge of God and it should be yours as well.
Israel relies on that wisdom, believing they are saved, when they refuse their own scriptures that speak of Christ.

John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

John 5:41 I receive not honour from men.
42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.
43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?
45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust.
46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me.
47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

Now I say again to everyone, wake up and realise how everything is revealed, the purpose of many deceivers is to demonstrate the truth even more, so recognise it.

Why the world, Jew and Gentile, could not believe is described in 1 Corinthians 1:21, the world cant know God in the wisdom of God.

That's funny. It's funny because there is something we call the Abrahamic Covenant and Abraham is Great-Great Grandfather to the children of Israel and a Covenant is a Promise and this Promise was made by God and God keeps His promises.
So, as Paul said, "and all Israel shall be saved."
Do you need the citation of where the Holy Spirit said this in Romans or do you want me to post it.

THE WORD OF GOD CONTRADICTS YOUR FALSE BELIEFS ABOUT ISRAEL.

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes.
29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Rom. 11:26–29.

The Covenant Paul is talking about is the Abrahamic Covenant through which "all Israel shall be saved."
God made it. God keeps His promises.
Too bad you don't understand nor receive His Word.

You don't mind testifying?
Who's asked you?
Or do you think you're some kind of evangelist God called with a certain message, a place in the body.
Do you even KNOW your place in the body of Christ and the spiritual gifts He's given to you to accomplish that call?
Or are you a ship without a rudder tossed about on the sea.
I think it's the latter.
