Thought this may be appropriate for me today...I'm housebound caring for my teminally ill dad, and the Hospice nurses had planned to bring us a Thanksgiving dinner for two, so I didn't go buy anything to cook for us. In the last few days my dad's condition has worsened and he has stopped eating because he is very near to death. So no Thanksgiving dinner will be brought over by them now...and I can not leave the house because of the level of care that my dad requires right now.
So I have the Thanksgiving blues...

I am well in spirit though. The Lord is good and we have much to look forward to. Praise be to the Lord on this beautiful Thanksgiving day...:pray
