I watched the video,,,I should say listened...
It spoke a lot about how to meditate and this is something I'd love to do because I'm one of those persons he described at the beginning.

My mind is like a kite...flying all over the place and it's not anchored down.

I have to try again. I do every now and then and then I just give up.
I still have about half of the video to go.

That's funny Brother! I sort of know how you feel, a little bit. I regret never picking up any instrument. Music is a huge thing on earth. I did buy 3 harmonicas and play around with learning a few riffs on them. Not really there yet, lol!.
