what are YOU thankful for?

For me, I had an awesome day at work, even though it was chaos since it's the New Year's Eve. The Lord granted me a break from clinical anxiety and I was able to perform my job to the fullest and I felt so on top of things and in my element. Today would have been a very very bad day to have been plagued by anxiety and my anxiety has been worser lately, so I consider it a genuine, if small, miracle

Basicly each new day, but also for my family, life and the hope that I have in Jesus.

Today I am thankful for my therapist. We had a great session today, it was a load off. Thank God for providing.

I was talking in another thread about mental health care often isn't ideal cuz of various reasons and how you have to shop around to find a decent therapist..... but in spite of this, God has given me an awesome one! I'm so happy about this

The thing I am most thankful for is that my husband survived a horrendous wreak that should have killed him back in March and now that he can never work again God has seen fit to supply our needs financially. We are so grateful to God.

Since 2018, life has been going downhill ... and continues. But I'm saved and alive, so for that I am thankful.

It's good to acknowledge the good in our lives and this can help us better cope with the bad.
That said, if you need to talk about what's ailing you sometime, feel free to do so. We are to share in one another's burdens.

All we can do is trust in the Lord as His grace is suffient when we are weak as He will make us strong to carry through the bad times.
