Speaking of NCIS, my dad recently got an overcoat that looks exactly like Gibb's! .

lol, agent gibbs, the only thing i dont like about that show is how they downplay the cid, which is the same thing as ncis.

It's way darker and I'd choose the other two over it any day, but it's still a pretty good show.

i have two strikes or three.

first its a soap in space
second the persons in uniform have no discipline
third they have an open lesbian charachter that is a regular, and that is the big issue as i cant support her bieng happy in love and hope for her to have a lesbian lover.

I didn't like it early on, there were few characters on the show I liked, a lot I still don't, but I've been enjoying it more in season 2.

i mainly cant whatch over the afformentioned lesbian as that to me is like rooting for sin.and yes to a degree when we watch secular shows we do this. but i drew the line here as i used to be bi and cant call that good.

simply wanting a hetero person to have a gf or bf isnt all that bad save when they have sex. but with the lbgt is much much more then this.

promotion or rather showing them as being the normal thing to do is something i cant condone. or route for.How you do that i dont know. tween you and god.

It's probably wise for somebody who's tempted tempted in that area to avoid it in shows. I just don't see homosexuality as the ultimate evil or anything. I view it as no different than any other sinful life style. Truth is it is a normality for me, several of my best friends are gay.

men dont tempt me , very very rarely does this occur, yes the devil tries but nothing like before.

now with naked woman or flesh flashed from a girl then i have to work a little to avoid.

but men no, i can easlily ignore the devil. it has been 15 yrs since i was into a male relationship.its totally foreign to me now.

Well not you then, but there are others who struggle with it I know, and the first thing to avoiding temptation is avoid things that are tempting.

I know what you mean though to be sometimes tempted by woman, I usually skip over that kinda stuff.

Woah, Stargate: Universe has a gay couple? Why wasn't I made privy to this information Jason? I feel hurt. You should know that I need to be made aware of any and all new series with LGBT characters. :p

she is a minor part pilot episode, and she is out on the destiny and her lover on earth. hardly a couple.

google lesbian /sgu, and see what you find. she is with ioa.

Eh, that's a shame. Maybe I will start watching Glee; though, I am honestly not that into musical theatre. I should watch Season 2 of South of Nowhere, maybe.

did you say justice league? it was called the superfriends when i was a kid and it should have been the justice league, i like both, though i do like the latter. darksied was a little later in the comic as jack kirby brought him in the late 70's. he was considered to dark of charachter to bring in on the superfriends till the superfriends that were in the future(2000), the one with cyborg on it and brainiac as a total machine, working outside the league of doom.

jack kirby died in '97 and had a look alike charachter that was killed in the cartoon superman by darksied, ironically. that episode was a tribute to kirby.
