I believe that I do not know everything and that my knowledge is based on my perception therefor I should always consider I could be misstaken. and I feel that is what keeps me in the position that is spoken of hear in these scriptures.
Isa_57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Isa_66:2 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

However it is my obligation to prove to myself what I believe by comparing my belief with Gods word. And doing the best I can to rightly divide the word of truth.
2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

And not only comparing our beliefs with His Word, but to be pliable to His leading to change even more as He purges us from the dross.
A really good example of the character/heart that He would be looking for to use for His Glory. Amen!

I just took out a web page and wrote three devotionals, which pretty much tell what I believe:

What do you believe?

I would like to add that after reading from the link you provided...concerning "Love the Lord God with all your heart", I would like to share that about a month ago, I had a dream that was significant...but what was more significant was upon awaking---the Father's Spirit spoke to me those very Words. It was a "whoa!" moment, as if I had been reprimanded. Without details, I would like to strongly impress on others the importance of this commandment. If I thought that I had been through any kind of spiritual bootcamp before, it couldn't be anything compared to this one. What He has led me to, scripture, truth concerning this---it is the utmost of importance. He is to be 1st at all times...always. After this...love one another!!!
He is righteous, just and Holy. And He will not have it any other way.
There is another passage concerning this in Luke...the man asked Jesus how to receive eternal life.

Luk 10:25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
Luk 10:26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
Luk 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
Luk 10:28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

Thank you for sharing Elijah!:wave
Blessings

I believe Jesus Christ the Lord is saviour of all his people. He elected a people, paid the price in blood and will never fail. There is no way to approach God from our spiritial dead state. He chooses whomsover he wills and gives life to those he has mercy on. Thank God for his mercy and his grace.

I believe many things, which are truths, and I believe in Christ.
