I love a homemade salsa.I am rather spoiled.I work with a Mexican lady.She makes everything from scratch including roasting her own tomatoes,peppers and chilis.She then puts it is a blender.Their is not chunks of anything but it is amazing.

Awww yes my son's favorite.....quesadillas.
I like fajitas when they are brought to the table sizzling.A story about peppers..
My husband is blond and blue eyed,,, 50 years ago he started working on this construction crew.... He was the kid the gringo kid so many of the guys were from Mexico , They would go home in the winter months.... Kinda grouped to them selfs ... one day Pete came over to DH at lunch and offered a taco... john said sure Pete crumbled a pepper over the open edge of the lunch stepped back to watch..... the kid ate the whole thing....He was raised on peppers. They became good friends. They nicked named him el gordeto ( i am sure the spelling is wrong ) Pete and his brother Fernando were good guys... A beer are two to many and they would tell the story About the gringo kid eating the peppers...
