I told that once at a gallon of rum bust on the flightline and I thought they were going to beat the Old Man to death. Not the crews, we knew the truth but you know those poor cherry wobbly ones. They are so young they believed they outranked a Spec. 5.LOL!!!!

Yeah, I'll try that. I use dual monitors on a system optimized for FSX so on the default aircraft that gives me lot of room for extra views. Never thought of doing that but I can see where it might help with the Jet Ranger... Gonna try it. Thanks!Obadiah,
Can you open your FS to <Cockpit View> on the main screen, with one or two small <External Views> (looking at the ship from outside) in the upper corners? That extra visage should help a lot in you getting a "seat pants" sense of what is happening. It also helps if you rotate the cockpit view downward slightly, so you are seeing down past your feet.
LOL, LOL, shame on you, now I feel so old!old man, the specialist 5 and up to specialist 9 have been retired before I entered middle school.

Yeah but Sp/5 was the perfect rank, NCO Club privileges the right to do anything under a combat situation with zero responsibility if you were wrong. And the sheep still had to look on you as a god. LOL! Perfect Rank.the term we use in the army, spec-4 is from those days
