Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
These fallen angels oppose God under the leadership of Satan (Isaiah 14:12-20) whom even Satan is a created spirit of God that is why God could never destroy him because a spirit can not die. (Matthew 25:41; 2 Peter 2:4; Jude 1: 6; Ephesians 6:12). We often call these types of angels that follow after Satan demons for which an everlasting fire is prepared by God for these angels, but yet these angels bound in chains are different then the third that follow after Satan.
Jesus never went down to hell (lower parts of the earth/grave) to preach as scripture says He went to preach to the spirits in prison. When Jesus laid in the tomb for three days his body was dead, but His spirit was very much alive. In 1 Peter 3:19 it says Jesus being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit went and preached to the spirits in prison. The spirits in prison that Jesus went to preach to are those angels that are reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Scripture does not say what Jesus preached to them, but some speculate that He was proclaiming to these fallen angels that Satan had no victory over His death. These angels are separate from the third Satan gathered with him as these angels bound in chains kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day, Jude 1:5-7.
Ephesians 4:8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
He led captivity captive and gave gifts unto men means that those who were a slave to sin are now given the free gift of God's grace through Christ as being the fulfillment of the Temple sacrifices. The lower parts of the earth just means the grave being underground.
These angels that have been bound and chained in prison until the day of judgement, Jesus was making show of them openly, triumphing over them in it, Colossians 2:13-15. This means that those who come to Jesus their sin is blotted out having spoiled these angels (principalities and power) who caused men to sin and that they too will be judged and cast into the lake of fire reserved for Satan and his angels.
1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; 20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
Jude 1:5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. 6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

There are some in Chains the ones God can not control and as its written " For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.". As for this video.. no clue about it.
Its written in Peter, fallen angels are in chains, in hell. The fallen angels are going into lake of fire. Genesis chapter 6, the fallen angels left their place of habitation in heaven and seduced women. The fallen angels tried to pollute blood line that messiah would be born. At the 7th trump, the fallen angels are finished. God has no more use for them. In the first earth age, some thing went wrong with Lucifer. Ezekiel chapter 28, we know pride was the motive for his destruction. The fallen angels think they see brighter light in Lucifer. These fallen angels are so wicked and depraved, they cant be saved. Lucifer is too far gone, he cant be saved. Satan and the fallen angels will be destroyed. Its called the lake of fire.

Maybe they didn't know.
The story of fallen angels is similar to the story of fallen man, which the exception of salvation being withheld from fallen angels.
I've wondered about why those fallen angels can never be forgiven. I wonder if what we've been led to believe isn't correct.
Both sinning spirits and humans were expelled from paradice and unrepentant humans apparently share the same end as wicked angels.
I wonder if we are fallen angels, with no memory of our past. I wonder if God is giving fallen angels an opportunity of salvation. Is there really any scripture that can refute this idea?
I know it says evil spirits are in chains of darkness until the day of judgement. I think the being encased in flesh with no prior memory could be described as a chain of darkness.

I know it says God made everything in heaven and earth in 6 days, so that would end any idea of mankind being fallen angels, unless "everything created" in Gen.1 refers only to the physical creation.

The video uses 2Pet.2:4 which says, "God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell until judgment. The word "hell" is "tartaroo", which is believed to be a place of torment.
The video says not all fallen angels are in that place yet, because the devil is roaming the earth, but Peter didn't say only some fallen angels are there now.
It could be a "place" in the sense of a "state of being", like someone in a bad "place" mentally, not a geographical location.

Those fallen angels are now what are called Rulers, Powers, Principalities, and Wicked Spirituals. They are the ranking officers in the devil's army.
