So I was talking with a lady aquaintance of mine and it turned to politics. And she voted for Biden. I tried to explain about the Lord put him in office and he has helped America so much already that it should be obvious that he needs re-elected...

And she asked me so what all has Trump done for us?
And I couldn't think of anything besides getting the gas prices down again to 2 bucks a gallon or less. To which she countered, well covid is making people stay home and not travel. So Trump didn't do that. (yeah right).

But anyway, I just don't watch the news like I used to because the Lord told me not to. So I haven't been, except to keep up on election results. Can you Brothers and Sisters tell me some more ways that Trump has helped us?

So I can go talk to her again and have something!

She gets 100% of her info from the mainstream media, and believes it!

From my perspective, Trump has plenty to not like personality-wise and has no skill in hiding his moral failures. But when it comes to political accomplishments, his administration has:
  1. Made ISIS a nonentity.
  2. Moved USA into energy independence. We are no longer are a net consumer of petrol, but rather a producer.
  3. Placed 3 Supreme Court justices on the court who largely support limiting their job to interpreting the Constitution rather than creating policy regardless of the text of the Constitution.
  4. Brokered the first peace accords in 40 years between Israel and Arab countries.
  5. Brought us to the verge of having a C19 vaccine in record time.
  6. Caused the legacy and social media to drop the facade of being "objective" news sources. They are largely recognized, by largely anyone that is not a progressive, as nothing more than a progressive tool.
  7. Resided over an incredibly good economy up until we sacrificed it to the COVID fear god. (Sorry, that has a bit of an editorial flourish!)

That's right! I remember hearing about some of those. Man that's a lot, Brother! Thanks. Now I have some more ammo for the talk, lol. I mean info, lol.

You see, this lady is very nice and also very smart...except for she seems to believe that the TV never lies. And she is a Sister in Christ too, so I don't get that part. Or her Biden vote.

I forgot, most in the US got an income tax reduction.

Sad that she voted for a political party that is fully committed to allowing the killing of the innocent.

Yeah. She held that up as a good thing. I should pray for her.

In short, Donald Trump did more for America in his first 100 days than Obama and Biden did in 8 years.

Donald Trump did more in his first 100 day’s than Joe Biden did in 47 years.

I'm,sure that's consolation to,those who if they were a lockdown died because of treatable illnesses ,

yup my wife nearly fits that category .cancer .the potus can't shut down the states .unlawful, lower state courts have overturned many lockdowns

for the record I voted third party ,I know God not trump is my providence ,currently my,wife is in pain and we can't afford thumb surgery .despite insurance .on top of the bankruptcy and other issues .

my state voted to increase min wage to 15 over 5 years .jobs will be lost. col will rise .

I learned in country how the federal or any level govt can't keep me safe .as I hear of it ,some of the things I called out.rules for thee but not me,contradictory rules, not knowing squat but acting with such authority .

How did President Trump cause this? Is it because he didn't issue a nation-wide lockdown and destroy our economy? The collateral damage from that would be worse than what we do have.

Something most people, even here in the US, don't realize is that the US federal government was never designed to be a national government. It was designed to be a government over the states and not the government over the people themselves. This is why we are called the United States of America and not the United Citizens of America. The states were and still are independent entities working together to form a union of states for the greater cause. Even our election process supports this with the electoral college. The President isn't elected by a popular vote but rather must win the popular vote in each state to win the electoral college votes independent of the other states. President Trump did the right thing when he delegated the Covid-19 response to the governors, furthermore, the governors didn't want a federal involvement either, preferring to manage things themselves.

Here in the US the majority of deaths have been from those confined to elderly care facilities. I personally know of at least two (my brother's father and mother in-law) and possibly three incidents (a neighbor's son who works in a nursing home) where persons were moved into elderly care facilities after they were diagnosed with Covid-19. This careless act put the most vulnerable people in our society at extreme risk and the results are in the pudding.

My address is in Osakis, MN, population 1500, and we have an elderly care facility in town. The workers in this facility all wear masks continuously while on duty, exercise social distancing and personal hygiene as much as possible, and the doors have been closed to outside persons, including family, since March. One of my neighbors and fellow church members who works at the Osakis elderly care facility has literally remained in self quarantine since March. Another one of my neighbors who helps out with the Osakis funeral home is at a funeral today. I talked to him on the phone this morning and he informed me it is the 9th funeral in the past two weeks where the departed was Covid positive and all of them were residents of the Osakis elderly care facility.

How did they get it considering all the precautions that were implemented and what more could President Trump have done to prevent those deaths?

During his transition, Biden will seek out governors and mayors and other leaders of both parties, from every state, territory, and tribe, and consult with education, technology, business, and labor leaders so he’s ready to hit the ground running and fight the virus as our next President.

Over the last four months, Joe Biden has laid out comprehensive plans with five basic elements that he would do as President to address COVID-19: (1) test-and-trace, (2) sufficient personal protective equipment (PPE) for all, (3) science-based treatments and vaccines, (4) steps to reopen safely and effectively, and (5) protecting those at high-risk, including older Americans.

basically if my stare governor won't ,he bypass the man and by,doing,so violate the constution.might as well annul the local offices .

the mayor a problem ?the governor cab and has removed them and installed temporary ones until, the next election ,it was such an event in my,county when one man was found unable to hold office ,election fraud ,the replacement ran and won twice .
the left cried when trump was willing to send in the guard to restore law ,quoted God forbid the constution but are erirely silent on this clear mask rule where by the national guard or federal troops would have to enforce a federal law .

the commidatus act explicitly forbids that ,the state use of the guard is exempt as they fall in and under local sheriffs and have no,arresting power .

I did this mission

Humans seem to like other humans ruling over and controlling them telling them what they can and cannot do.

Too many rules and regulations. Need some laws and rules but not millions.

No he wont. Joe Biden has held offices for 47 years and he hasn't done anything yet.

That's right. The federal government does way way more than it should or is allowed to do. It is not even supposed to govern the people but only the states.

This is, The United States Of America. Where the federal government is supposed to oversee and protect the shores, States, and people. Actually at this point I kind of think there would have been a better name for us as, The United Citizens Of America. Because that is where the power lies.

They technically have zero power over the people. So if they come and confiscate any Americans guns, it will be because they let them confiscate them. OTOH, if you keep your guns, it will be because YOU say no.

We have the same situation right now, that was in the Garden of Eden. Satan did not come and conquer Adam & Eve. They gave up their dominion and authority that God had given them over the earth. And they sort of acquiesced their rights away.

Don't make that mistake again! Cling to the Lord and decree these evils do not fall upon the US. No longer can anyone stay out of politics. If you take a neutral stance then that is an action and a choice. No, No my friends. You must choose sides. To not stand with the Lord and His agenda, is to side with the enemy.

many trump supporters want trump to keep the mandate against preexisting conditions, and also bailouts.

Why don't people just support themselves. Then again the harder they make it the more people will look to them for support and will keep holding up the power tripping system of control.
while I get your idea,

1.vet chooses to fight ,he looses limbs etc .should the risk be ignored in,his choice ?,we already penalsize other behaviors that are risky
2. market tanks ,you, saved but now your savings are gone or reduced .I know persons who delayed retiremt over market drops .my own savings has gone down in,that
3. people want security ,without going into risks and how the market isn't the best ant medicibe because getting old is riskier then the youth

I understand what your saying we live under a system and obviously it's need to be regulated.

You said vets choose to fight. What do they fight for?, who's war are they fighting?. I just don't get it.
no nations who doesnt encourage service won't last . I get the needless wars issue
