Pride, inherent tendency to rebel against God. It's the greatest of the seven deadly sins, for which Satan was cast out of heaven for superseding God, all other six stemmed from pride - envy, gluttony, greed, lust, sloth, wrath. Please keep in mind of two things: first, the original sin is OUR personal sin which originated FROM Adam, not Adam's person sin or any of our ancestor's personal sins, some people deliberately conflate one with another; second, original sin is in our human nature, not particular immoral behaviors.

who says we have 'original sin'?

Rom. 5:12
Yes, Romans 5:12 talks about sin of Adam (original sin):

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.

However, Romans 5:14 says:

Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses.

Notice, that death from the original sin reigned only until Moses or until Old Covenant was in effect. Why not after Moses? Because by his death Yahshua the Messiah atoned for the sin of Adam (Romans 5:18):

Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

Therefore, people are not under the original sin anymore. Everyone is responsible for his/her own sins (Compare Exodus 20:5 and Jeremiah 31:29,30).

Therefore, people are not under the original sin anymore. Everyone is responsible for his/her own sins (Compare Exodus 20:5 and Jeremiah 31:29,30).
And where does that sin come from? Yes death reigned from Adam to Moses, but do people still die? Are we still subject to mortality or not? If yes, then that's the "wages of sin", and that's necessary - "Foolish one, what you sow is not made alive unless it dies?" (1 Cor. 15:36)

You're playing the exact trick I pointed out in my previous post - conflating the ORIGIN of sin with accountability of sin. "Original sin" indicates the ORIGIN of sin which entered the world through Adam. Adam disobeyed God, hid from God, and made excuse by subtly blaming God when he was caught, have you done something similar to that? Disobeying your parents, hiding from them, making excuse, playing blame game? If so, you're under the original sin.

"Original Sin is a term that defines the nature of mankind’s sinful condition because of Adam’s fall. It teaches that all people are corrupted by Adam’s sin through natural generation..." https://www.thegospelcoalition.org/essay/original-sin/

Everyone must deal with the law of sin and death individually.

The law of sin and death which mankind inherited from Adam is very much a reality that each and every person must deal with.

so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 5:21

Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. Romans 6:12

But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
Romans 7:23

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Romans 8:1

We are all born with a nature to sin because of the fall of Adam and Eve who introduced sin into the world allowing to fall to Satan's temptation as they neglected the commands of God not to eat of that tree of good and evil, Genesis 3. All have sinned and fallen short of God's glory, Romans 3:23, that's a fact. But, to those who are of Christ need to get up every morning and crucify this flesh and walk in the Spirit so we do not fulfill the lust of the flesh. No one has to sin like it's some kind of command to do so as it's a freewill choice to fall to the temptations Satan loves to place before us.

Even a Spiritually born again child of God will mess up at times as we are still mortal living in a corruptible fleshly body where the sin nature dwells. Grace does not give us a license to sin, but when we do we have an intercessor (Christ Jesus) before the Father who makes intercession for us and forgives our sin when we repent of them. There will always be a struggle between the flesh and the Spirit and sometimes the flesh will win the battle, but never the war. A Spiritually born again indwelled with the Holy Spirit child of God should never willfully sin like we plan to do so, but yet we see ourselves messing up at times and having to admit to our downfall we need help from God to work on. Does that mean we are no longer God's own, no, it just means we are yet housed in this fleshly body, but yet without excuse.

Galatians 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

Rom 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
Rom 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Heb 10:26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
Heb 10:27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

1Cor 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Cor 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Cor 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

I can't find the term 'original sin' in the Bible...
Look at this in a Biblical sense "original" usually means the first sin that is found in the Bible that begins with the sin of disobedience to God's command. Adam was the first to disobey Gods command and from that time all have fallen short of the glory of the Lord.

There is a web site that has articles on some of these things:

Original sin is the doctrine which holds that human nature has been morally and ethically corrupted due to the disobedience of mankind's first parents to the revealed will of God. In the Bible, the first human transgression of God's command is described as the sin of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden resulting in what theology calls the Fall of mankind. The doctrine of original sin holds that every person born into the world is tainted by the Fall such that all of humanity is ethically debilitated, and people are powerless to rehabilitate themselves, unless rescued by God.

There are wide-ranging disagreements among Christian groups as to the exact understanding of this doctrine, with some so-called Christian groups denying it altogether. Eastern Orthodoxy, Judaism, and Islam acknowledge that the introduction of sin into the human race affected the subsequent environment for mankind, but deny any inherited guilt or necessary corruption of man's nature.

However, G. K. Chesterton once noted that "Certain new theologians dispute original sin, which is the only part of Christian theology which can really be proved," (Orthodoxy, chap. 2). He saw original sin as the one Christian doctrine that is empirically verifiable and validated by 3500 years of human history.

Historical development
It was largely through Augustine's arguments against the Pelagians that the doctrine of "original sin" was formalized into Christian orthodoxy.

Responsibility?

Some hold that humans are only responsible for conscious acts of sin:
"We believe that original sin differs from actual sin in that it constitutes an inherited propensity to actual sin for which no one is accountable until its divinely provided remedy is neglected or rejected." This view maintains that the effects of original sin are "innocent effects", and that people are only held accountable for "actual sins" or "personal sins", which are a "voluntary violation of a known law of God by a morally responsible person."

". . . all men, born according to nature, are born with sin, that is, without the fear of God, without confidence towards God and with concupiscence, and that this original disease or flaw is truly a sin, bringing condemnation and also eternal death to those who are not reborn through baptism and the Holy Spirit" (Article II). - Augsburg Confession of Faith (1530)

On the word "concupiscence" in the above statement, Websters 1828 dictionary says:
CONCUPISCENCE, noun [Latin , to covet or lust after, to desire or covet.] Lust; unlawful or irregular desire of sexual pleasure. In a more general sense, the coveting of carnal things, or an irregular appetite for worldly good; inclination for unlawful enjoyments.
We know even secret concupiscence to be sin.
Sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence Romans 7:8.

It’s referred to as the law of sin and death.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
Romans 8:2

And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.” Genesis 2:16-17

The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself. Ezekiel 18:20
