What is the Job of the pastor

Is the Pastor in charge of the congregation.

1Cor 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

Governments are usually the board of directors that maintain the overall functions of the church according to how God wants certain things maintained according to His word. At least that is how it worked when I was on the board of directors in the last Church I went to.
That's not the same ,each church has various styles


A board of elders. Board of directors implies a business .
 
including and especially the trinity.
Just curious... Why would the doctrine of the trinity be something that we should "especially" teach?
Scripture doesn't put as much emphasis on this as churches do... Why is that?

No, it has nothing to do with being a business, but the governing of the Church for the many functions of the ministry. It's a gift of the Holy Spirit for the leadership and administration within the church. It's for the common good of the church that all things remain within God's will for the ministry.
