What is your own philosopphy on life?

My philosophy is this..........my philosophy doesn't matter because it's rooted in sin!

I lived by my own philosophy for 30+ years. It was the world's philosophy.
- Try to be a good person
- It's OK to (insert sinful act here) as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else
- Animals and the environment are just as important as people
- Drink in moderation
- Have responsible sex

And on and on it goes. Any philosophy not grounded in the word of God is from the world. The world is of the Devil and is ruled by his agents trying to deceive us with pleasures of the flesh.

No, I thank God I do not live by my own philosophy. :pray That would have led me straight to hell.

I would prefer the question to say "What is your life verse?" Mine is John 19:30 when Jesus said "It is finished". The Greek can also be translated "Paid in full". My debt has been paid in full and my sin is no longer held to my account and God's wrath is removed.

I try to live without regret. Even with my sins. I have repented them, feel horrible about them, but if I had to go back, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't change it. My mistakes got me where I am now, without them, who knows?

So basically live without regret, because we don't know what the alternative could be.

murphy laws of combat he he

if the equipment has a warranty it will break the next day after the warranty expiration
if you are out of ammo, and food and everything else you are in combat
if the enemy is in range so are you!
its the ameteurs that you must fear, the pros are predictable.

to name a few.

You forgot a very important one.

Remember - your weapons were bought from the lowest bidder.

ah even better,

" we went to the moon with a spacecraft made by the lowest bidder"
armstrong.

on that note often the more expensive isnt the better route, after all the m-16 was built by the mattel toy factory.

The world is always trying to get you down, but never let them see you frown.

No one can truly know your thoughts, because most of us don't even know ourselves.

Eat drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die.

Don't kill yourself, kill other people ( I don't endorse this, but It makes me laugh)

Life is pain ( simple fact, but pain is only a part of the experience)

Nothing lasts forever.

Never trust a person that talks about Jesus, donations, Money, and your duty in the same paragraph.

Freedom is restricted only by another's freedom

Anything yellow or frozen are no nos, ( push pops, Popsicles, slushies, and Snow cones)

Be yourself, because no one else can.

No one but your close friends or family truley love you, so cherish that.

Even if you have no idea what you are going to do next, chances are its going to be a fun ride.

I saw it somewhere but have adopted it:

I DON'T SUFFER FROM INSANITY, I ENJOY IT!

Don't complain about the way the ball bounces, if you're the one who dropped it.

Well first of all I'm not in this world to live up to anyone's expectations, I don't let my peers and society crush and pressure me into something I don't like or wan't to be, or into something thats just wrong. I'm not trying to sound like a rebel and I'm not trying to be different or anything, I just don't care what people think of me because I'll be dead pretty soon and all of this will mean nothing. Even though I'm fifteen I say pretty soon I'm going to die because if you try to imagine your life as a timeline, and you believe you are going to spend an eternity somewhere, then even a hundred years seems extremely short. Its kind of depressing but whatever, its the truth. All of this doesn't mean I can't have fun while I'm still here though, I just don't care about most of the troubles and dilemas in my life.
^_^ this :thumb

Reminds me of Galations 2:20-21:
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!

Gee I am soooooo thankful for Grace! :)
