Trusting God to provide is one thing. Being a good steward with what you are responsible for is another. Yes, it sounds like you have been blessed to cover current expenses, but there has to be a sustainable way to prevent yourselves from paying out too much for space you may not actually be using. Either find another tenant or expand your business into the remaining space, if that will increase your revenue.

And: We have to be good householders of the blessings God gives to us - and also for the financial blessings. It is wonderful to be safe for one year, but it is necessary to take good care of the years following. God probably will not throw another tenant right down from Heaven.
I am a woman, too. We love security. Please keep that in mind ;) .
The idea of a good meal and a clear adress sounds good to me.
