"Whatever He say to you do it." John 2:5
This was what Mary, the mother of Jesus, said to the servants at the wedding in Cana. This was Jesus first miracle. The servants had to do a lot of work to fill six waterpots with water. This was equivalent to 100 to 150 gallons of water. There was no water tap or facet to get the water from. They had to carry the water from the well.
"They filled them up to the brim." (John 2:7) Something compelled the servants to do the work necessary to fill the pots to the brim.
Are we unconditional servants for Jesus? Are we willing to serve Him with reckless abandon? When we do we reap the rewards of our labor. Just like the servants at the wedding in Cana, we must have faith that produces obedience "to the brim."View attachment 4222
