Whats the oddest thing you own?

So I was cleaning out my attic earlier and I found something that(for me to own) is quite odd. So I thought I'd share it and see if anyone else has anything odd that they own. In the late 80's my grandparents had an oppourtunity to go to a pope mass(not sure what its really called the one where he leads it in some church in Rome) anyhoo as part of the mass he(john Paul II) did a mass blessing of religeous items one of them was a Crucifix that they(my grandparents) gave to me. Still have it. I think its weird for me to have a crucifix blessed by the pope, ya know since im a Nihilist and all. Just amused me, thought I'd share.

Look out Moder we grandma's have a way of keeping you kids in prayer :p

I have my greatgrandmothers biscuit jar. about 150 175 years old.. German, Hand painted little gold flowers, the silver on the lid and handle is almost all gone.

Lead icicles.
Found several packs of them in Mom's attic. Made of lead stamped to have the ripple effect.

And my cat. He is not normal. :lol

sheesh i read oldest you wrote oddest :lol
and it still works and i gave nathan a lesson on the french revolution with that. he asked me why the guillotine is named as such in mma and i told the motion of choking is similar to how the real thing that beheaded worked.

a doctor invented that devise. i have more antiques that are odder. such as the pail carrier that is well made of oak and balenced well

It would have to be my Gospel vinyl record albums from the 70's even though I have nothing to play them on. The oldest and oddest things I own would be my grandmothers old curlycue wire whisk she used for whipping eggs, cream etc. etc. and another ringlet meshed whisk for something I do not even know what it's for, but looks cool.

Of course my hubby is the oddest thing in our house and he laughed when I told him I was posting that and also agreed. he says :waving to everyone.

A physician's stool I use as a throne*

*thing I sit on to play drums.

I know it's past Christmas but, google "Eggbert" if you wanna see odd. He's a holiday tradition in the part of NY that I grew up in.
