Rainbows are generally associated with the LGBTQ+ community. I assume they are welcoming those people to their Church.

I would say that the lgtb rainbow invites the lgtb etc in without any response or intention of responding to the sin they are living in.

That means not recognising Jesus attunement for sin, not preaching it and that is an offence to God, Jesus and the Spirit.

Rainbow is God's sign of peace between him and all living creatures on earth. LGBTQ stole it as an icon for their political movement.

I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” (Gen. 9:13-16)

I don't see how we can know that just from a church displaying a flag. That church was definitely unorthodox but that hardly qualifies as blaspheming the holy spirit, especially since they were preaching Jesus and John 3:16.

But Jesus said to him, “Do not stop him, for the one who is not against you is for you.” Luke 9:50

They can only steal God's sign of peace if we let them. I still see rainbows in the sky and am reminded of God's vengeance and covenant of peace.

I drive by these churches all the time. Mostly United Church of Christ. One of them has a neon church sign and a rainbow as a background and the name of the church over top of that. In other words, It's not just flags. I'll bet you have them in your neighborhood, but you just never noticed them before.

I don't know about the blaspheming the Holy Spirit, but it's pretty bad. These are liberal churches masquerading as Christian churches. They are using the name of Jesus to advance their false world view.

Anybody looking for a church these days should first ask to see a statement of faith. Most churches should have one of these on a website. If they don't have one, walk away. You can even bring that statement of faith to this forum if there is someone on this sight that you know and trust.

Unity and universal unitarism neither are gospel churches
