Matthew 24:30 "At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory.

Yes interesting point seeing as Satan created the first city, I believe that rulers of all nations are somehow bound to satan in some way shape or form. There is imminent destruction with regards to the ruling of a nation. However the angels do return to save humanity at the end.

All of humanity will not be saved, but only those who are of faith in God and Christ Jesus who are His own through the Spiritual rebirth and indwelled with the Holy Spirit, John 3:5-7; Romans 10:9, 10.

Matthew 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Jesus says also that some of the apostles don't die before all this completed. But all has died. Also Jesus says many things to them. Jesus says to the thief on the cross today self you are with me in heaven. But both die, Jesus resurrected at the third day, then also some of the people who has died that have accept Jesus wake up from dead. They are the first fruit of receiving eternal life. Maybe the thief was also between them. When Jesus was taken to heaven, the people didn't see the ones that have woke up anymore in Jerusalem. Read the 10 Commandments. God says from generation to generation. Also in 1000 generashon. We must just keep God's Commandments and have the faith of Jesus.
