When it's time to realize you're dealing with a lying spirit?

Seems that ol lying spirit gets those who are very insecure. Insecure in many areas of life... Those who have a very deep need to to be accepted. .. Those 'feelings' are a breeding ground for ugly spirits to manifest themselves....

Ya, you have to keep an eye on those "WOF" Kenneth Copeland loving folks. The worse. Preach it sister. Don't want no breeding ground started around here. No sir.

Good to be back again with family though. Hate those month long breaks I keep getting for free.

I could sworn it was not about us. Period. It is about Christ. About what Christ knows: "My Father sends you the Comforter who will teach all things and bring all things to remembrance". About Christ's character: "If you believe I am who I say I am you will have everlasting life".

Not unto us, LORD, not unto us but to thy name give glory. Psalm something:something.

And to quote something I saw recently:
"All the glory to God in salvation, all the blame to men in damnation".

Well, despite me being upset at Benny Hinn for not keeping his Word on several things, and the fact he says some really goofy things, He does name Jesus as Lord. I hate to judge people, and my hope is that if I am wrong, miss God, get out of place, that folks will pray and hope the best for me.

Let the Lord judge. I don't have to listen to Benny Hinn, but I don't have to put him down either.

Little gods? Brother Hinn is just copying other folks. He certainly did not do the study himself. Does being created in the image of God, making us sons of God, making us little god's mean anything? We are certainly in the Fathers class of being, but are we not subject to the creator and father anyway?

Lots of things being taught, I see where they are coming from. One has to ask if it makes a difference though. We are not some half a cut above a monkey, but like the Father. It certainly does not change who I have to trust in, and it certainly does not change my stance on anything. I don't care for the term myself, but I am willing to attempt to understand what they are saying.

However, I can promise, Benny Hinn did not do any deep study himself, but is just parroting what he heard someone else say. I still want him to make it, but let God judge, and God had judged. Many have died early and fallen for deception and false teaching.

Evidently there is a fine line to speaking against preachers/exposing them and Judging them and though I don't know for certain, I think one can do one without doing the other. I've just heard too much about that man and his fake hearings to trust him.

I will say, it's a joke and we all know how it is when we have to explain a joke..

Judge to exhort build up.
Judge not hypocritically, neither to destroy.

For the disciples asked "may we call down fire from heaven" and the messiah responded saying "You know not what spirit you are of." And he has also spoken these words: "Judge not by appearance,but JUDGE righteously".

Thing is, we are told not to judge someone else servant, and what we judge, Jesus said it's measured back to us. I take that very seriously, and I don't need to set out and expose anyone. My not agreeing with them, does not make me the one to set them out and expose them.

We have to ask how we would want to be treated. Once we get perfect knowledge, and become like Jesus, then we can expose away. Otherwise, where I miss it, am wrong, I want grace to help me see truth and would rather people pray for me, and not make me look bad.

A righteous judge, has authority to judge and change something with authority. Employee's under us are certainly people we have a right to judge and fire or compliment. Those we have no authority, then judgement is just without power, and makes us a unrighteous judge. It's just talking and speaking evil of those we are not Lord over.

We can decided for our own selves, if we need to listen or not listen. It's a whole other matter when we disgrace someone, and not have perfect knowledge of all things ourselves. This, I avoid.
