With the election is over, the spiritual battle begun in the Garden continues—and the work of the Kingdom and Answers in Genesis is more important than ever.

Expecting Caesar to do anything at all for God is a false hope. We can only hope that the new president will conduct himself in a more Christian manner than the last one. That's a pretty low bar, but then government tends to attract the wrong kind, generally.

More and more republican leaders are acknowledging that Trump lost by a huge margin.

Sen. Lamar Alexander says that Trump should put 'the country first' and accept Biden's election win

There's no way to undermine the law here; even Trump's appointees on the Supreme Court ruled against his efforts to overturn the election. Electors meet today to finalize the decision.

NEW YORK – Nearly 80% of Americans, including more than half of Republicans, recognize President-elect Joe Biden as the winner of the Nov. 3 election after most media organizations called the race for the Democrat based on his leads in critical battleground states, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll.

Biden – who needed 270 Electoral College votes to win – had 279 of those votes to 214 for Trump with results in three states not yet complete, according to Edison Research. In the popular vote, Biden got 76.3 million, or 50.7% of the total, to 71.6 million, or 47.6%, for Trump.

The Reuters/Ipsos national opinion survey, which ran from Saturday afternoon to Tuesday, found that 79% of U.S. adults believe Biden won the White House. Another 13% said the election has not yet been decided, 3% said Trump won and 5% said they do not know.

The results were somewhat split along party lines: about six in 10 Republicans and almost every Democrat said Biden won.

Am I violating a rule by discussing politics? Or is it permitted? If I've violated a rule, feel free to delete my post, and I won't mention the election again.

He said it was "just being a smart businessman." Most of them didn't have the resources to sue him, given his legal resources.

The electors have voted, and Biden is the president-elect.

and I voted libertarian ,but uncle Joe with 47 years of congress and 8 some how didn't take grease to get bills passed

and I voted libertarian
:clap

I usually do that. But this time, it seemed like the republic was at risk, and I had to go for Biden. Me being in Texas, it really had no effect, but I had to do it for my own self-respect.

trumps history of not paying workers
i doubt that - any lawyer would have been keen to take that pro-bono and make millions off said workers' case - yet it never happened - so many allegations have been thrown around by swampy fake news and nothing proven by them

Donald Trump quietly paid $1.4 million in 1998 to settle a class-action lawsuit that alleged he stiffed a union pension fund by employing undocumented Polish laborers to demolish a department store to make way for Trump Tower.

The amount became public this week after a judge released previously sealed settlement documents in response to a motion filed by Time Inc. and the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press in 2016.

“This Order shall remain confidential in accordance with the parties’ agreement at the October 26, 1998 settlement conference,” reads the settlement agreement, which was signed on Dec. 30, 1998, by District Court Judge Thomas P. Griesa of New York’s Southern District.

The case originated in the summer of 1980, when Trump was under pressure to finish the demolition of the Bonwit Teller building on Fifth Avenue in New York City so that he could begin construction on his signature project, the Trump Tower.

As noted in an Aug. 25, 2016, story in TIME, Trump hired a group of undocumented Polish laborers who put in “12-hour shifts with inadequate safety equipment at subpar wages that their contractor paid sporadically, if at all.”

Their hiring led to years-long litigation that Trump finally settled in 1998.

Read the plaintiffs’ memoranda in support of a settlement, the notice of a motion on the case, a transcript of a conference on the settlement and the settlement below.

mar el lago, less then Orlando ,you assume that the history of this is recent but its not ,lawsuits settled in the past .

look I know the wealthy ,here if you drop oil on their driveways they try to make you pay for it .they will try to make you pay it all then charge you a lot for their services . these are also known to steal water from the utility and power companies.

so I,must disagree on trump .that isn't why I didn't vote for him alone .

the fact that I prefer guns was the last time ,his other issues of persona and numerous issues is why the second time .

until 1968 you could own full auto .the atf listed vaguely what an assault weapon was .

i have been personally mislead by my bank and that's a class action law suit ,I put my,bank onto chapter 13 and not one day after they wanted me to refinance my home once the chapter 13 was approved ,uhm,no

Ramsey calls these predators ,they are

there is no proof of this though - no court case - nothing
ok ,do you think the courts should make your and his finances public knowledge.meaning my,chapter 13 settlement is public knowledge .

can't make up news and not face libel lawsuits.

if those cases are false ,theb where is the lawsuits and retraction.

libel is a monetary compensation I believe .

happens all the time - costs money and time to go to court

i believe it is up to the accusers to prove there was a crime - and since no crime was committed by trump there is no court case for this story - that is the proof - no court case

no,not in,civil .

so I can just make up news?

trump would win that if they simply caused defemation of character .if I thought a,business won't pay me ,I have worked for two companies who have lost lawsuits in wrongful termination and pay issues .

I don't miss them .I wasn't in either of those cases ,but I know those who were . they weren't why I left .

trump, says he never settles .yup he did there

lawyers use these to advertise their prowess .locally a Christian lawyer posts his accendent settlements .

im not paying orange county for a public record .

my point here was that the left bashes trump .and ignores the same problems of Biden or his.

one could question trumps integrity .I knew he was rather had a colored past .I focused on his 4 years and voted accordingly .
to assume that an outsider won't come in with a personal agenda to benefit himself is ignoring realities ,seen it locally .
while I don't see trump fully bad in this ,favoritism with his kids is possible ,not that biden isn't doing that nor am I assuming that the election is on,the up and up

no,not in,civil .

this link you gave was for something different - a dispute on firing - i can see trumps side - the court saw the fired employees side - but trump might have appealed to a higher court if he thought $11k was something he didn't feel he should pay - maybe he did appeal and won that one - who knows - https://www.hotelmanagement.net/legal/trump-las-vegs-settles-worker-lawsuit

- the other claim you made is about dishonesty - what i am saying is trump pays what he owes - he doesn't rip people off

to be clear i am not accusing you of anything - i respect you and agree with you on most things - i'm saying the news lies all the time - and believing them without checking for yourself can cause people to spread things that are not true
