Who ever gets the last Word

Winnin'? Yer not even talkin' like a pirate, ye scurvy wharf rodent!

How do a pirate know when his parrot wants to marry a duck?

It says "Polly want a quacker."

Shiver me timbers, ye land-lubbin bunch of wharf rats, I win! I be the last one to post like a pirate on International Talk Like a Pirate Day!

(sniff) I be so humbly proud of meself, arf, arf, arf.

:shrug guess Vince fell off ? too many times :o

Since I am doing the last WORD............... winner :yes

Future Events!

I looked it up, and Talk Like a Pirate Day is far more famous than all the other ones combined. However:

March 13 is Talk Like a Physicist Day
April 23 is talk like Shakespeare Day
May 22 is Talk Like Yoda Day
July 17 is Talk Like a Brummie Day

For the record:

A group of physicists is called a "knot."

A Brummie is a person with a Birmingham, England accent. Psychiatrists have labeled it the least-trusted English accent, and TV villains often speak with a Brummie accent. There are about 1 million Brummies in the world.

There is no Talk Like a Parrot Day. It is a mispronunciation of Talk Like a Pirate Day.

There is no Talk Like a Ninja Day, because...

ninjas don't talk.

As the future winner of this thread, I researched Talk Like a Ninja Day. I'm afraid it's hopeless.

I found this one ninja quote:

You bring much dishonour upon the ninja clan ! For that we disjointingly laugh at you
with much vigour !

I found a bunch of reheated ethnic jokes applied to ninjas, but only this one is real:

How many ninjas does it take to change a light bulb?

We don't know, they all disappear before the light comes on.

And this one:

How many ninja jokes are there?

Two.

The rest of them are true.
